This resale shop is unorganized, dark and overpriced. There was no negotiation around price. This 8 inch squishmallow plush with a stained face was $5. I want the stuffing inside for a project but I'm sure I could have purchased one new at Five Below if I wasn't short on time.

Service is great! The best part about the sharehouse is that you'll never know what you'll find. Prices are good most of the time. It just depends on who is working there.

Thank you to the other Yelpers who mentioned that there is no customer bathroom available. I made a stop nearby first for that. Yes, there is no bathroom which is unfortunate as I would have had to leave if I didn't know that in advance. I wish they would consider adding a bathroom as emergencies happen, even if you prepare. Price, selection, quality and unique variety (lots of arts and crafting materials) all great. Super clean and organized so well! Team members were all so nice and seemed like they really liked working there!! That's a good sign. I can't wait to return. I bought a car full of toys, shoes, craft materials, and kitchenware. Oh, and a fab lamp!! The parking lot made me nervous though!! This place was packed on a Thursday at 1:30 pm. There was a line of cars down the street waiting to enter the lot, and cars were backing up so close to others, watched two accidents nearly happen while waiting for a spot. They could use a larger lot.

Because of the popularity of this store, it is fair to say you can expect to find new offerings all the time. Outside of the fact that all items are second hand, and therefore cheaper than a brand new item, the prices are a little higher than other thrifts. However - it's very clean and very well organized, and that requires a lot of staff hours. Everyone that works there knows what they are doing - it's a well oiled machine. You have to pay a fee to use a credit card, so bring cash.

In fact, in front of the cash register there are free items such as health and beauty products, socks, and non perishable foods. These are free to anyone. I was at the front door today when the opened and the owner was excited to greet us all and walk us inside. There are two sides to the shop. Inside the door is the decorative things and kitchen items. Along with the cash register. The other side of the store has clothing, shoes, games and puzzles. Clothing is sorted by color in men's, women's, and children. There is also a fitting/storage room to try on clothing. I love this!!! I spent quite some time in here because it seemed like I was always seeing something new. Be sure to look on the walls and window displays. I found some of my favorite finds in the windows. I'm so excited about this new thrift store. The owner said they will constantly be putting out new things so that makes me want to park it there. Lol If you love thrift shopping, be sure to check out The Thrift Depot. There is some parking behind the building and a parking lot just to the west of the building. The road is closed in front of the restaurants right now to provide outdoor seating. Blessings to the owners of The Thrift Depot. Thank you for caring for others and living your dream!!

Going into Dear Golden is like walking into a wearable museum. This is the nicest, classist, most tastefully curated vintage store I've been in. They also started doing more jewelry and home goods too which don't stay around long so I always see something new they have put out. I also like that the owner and Jasmine (love her) are never pushy or walking around trying to up sell me things they know don't fit quite right or don't match my hair. To the contrary, when I need any help they will whisk into the changing room to tie up that corset one more half inch if I give them a little wink. Finally, I love that they are extremely knowledgeable about the historical significance of the clothes and jewelry. They know all the top--and lesser known albeit important--designers of the various periods and they have encyclopedic breadth of why the clothes were designed and worn. With all the nice articles in there, makes me wonder what's in her storage...guess I'll just have to wait and come back soon.
