My daughter was on team , we were initially looking at the USAG program and we made the decision to enroll into the TAAF program due to scheduling. They were very informative in helping us get settled into the gym as well understanding the difference in each team program and what to expect. The Coaches ( Princetta, Katie, Mary and Stephanie ) are amazing , no yelling , always being positive and encouraging to help build confidence in the gymnasts. It says a lot when other Coaches take the time to acknowledge and give corrections and offer support to a gymnast who is not necessarily under their own instruction and group on several occasions ( my daughter was spotted by Rick and Kadence on uneven bars ) . Anytime I have called or stood at the front desk Ms. Lori and Adrian were very helpful and welcoming . They were always eager to assist and make sure I had a good understanding when I had questions. They also would double check any payments or team fees when I had to update my records during meet season. They helped walk me through a blind access to my account and never passed any judgment for not being tech savvy. As far as the gym it is a very uniform and structured facility. If the gymnast are are on the uneven bars / balance beam they are able to see themselves on a tv screen to be able to see form and visualize the error / correction. A larger gym would be ideal somedays it may seam a little over crowded ( prior to COVID -19) . You have the ability to watch practice or drop off. As far as Beckie and Kurt they always made themselves accessible to any parents who had any questions or concerns . They gym has done a phenomenal job of insuring the gymnast safety. It all started on a quiet Sunday Morning...fresh from church and ready to take on the day I headed to V Cycle looking for a little sweat that would make me feel ok about the delicious brunch I would devour in a few hours. But little did I know Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee conceived a child and turn them into a cycle instructor. I mean Wow.........Don't get me wrong I've been kicked by a wild donkey in the teeth once before but it was after a reckles st. Pattys day weekend...not a spin class. I mean the instructor Paula was insane.....And I mean that in the most amazing slash "my legs are dead" way. Let me explain... So when I got there Paula immediately set me up with a bike even though I got there a bit late. Point for professionalism. Next she jumped back on her bike and rode away and pushed us to the limit. Not like a kindergarten sock hop, no i mean like really pushed us. Think General Paula during Dessert Storm. But here's the awesome thing, right after she pushed us she then talked to each rider individually to help! Even gave me a towel when I was tongue out rolly eyed! She was great! Next the venue. Clean and sheik. Think classy meets space ship. This place was brand spanking new Finally the workout. After i was done with Paula's class, not only did I want to sign up for more of her classes but I also felt a part of the group. She was so inclusive and friendly. It healed my wounds from cursing her name while she was killing my legs. All in good work out fun she's the sweetest! Overall, if you're looking for a cool, fun place to work out where you're not going to get judged but you're also not going to sit on your ass. THIS is the place. You will sprinkle holy water on Paula when she's training you begging for mercy but you will then make Paula your life and spin coach after because she rocks! She is able to get me to push beyond the "I can't..." mentality to the "I can..." mentality. She makes exercise fun. If I'm not laughing during the workout, I can be assured that I'm not working hard enough. She focuses on what is good for you and demonstrates the exercises she wants you to do, then does them WITH you so that you have a buddy to work with. You can work out in an individual session or in classes with other people and she only works with women. I can't rave about her enough. She's a tough taskmaster, but gives you a high-five and a hug at the end of the workout. You definitely can't go wrong, working with her.

He was super nice and very friendly over the phone. There are 2 coaches in the class One leading and One floating about correcting form and giving individual instruction.
