The carpet for the CrossFit section in the middle of the gym is visually very dirty and needs to be vacuumed. Frustrating, they take your money every month, but usually fail to deliver what is advertised. Hope it gets better. It has to be the leadership and culture, because these aren't insurmountable tasks that we're talking about here.

While I respect the facility's policies, some prospective members may appreciate the ability to see the facility before visiting. I just watched a young couple allow their child (maybe age 4-5?) climb all over the lifting racks as they biked (with their back to the child) and/or sat on their phone.
