It ended up costing twice what they said it would, someone played with the crane in the back of his truck and broke a piece of the headache rack, they broke the spare tire holder, they took the face plate off the radio and didn't put it in the glove box. Called to let the manager know what all happened to the truck and he said they don't carry insurance to cover other people's vehicles and the argued that the radio face plate was in the glove box; which he called back and said it was put under the seat. Excellent service from a family-owned business, better prices than the big chain stores. The chain…read morestores quoted me a lower price per tire, but the chain place had a lot of hidden fees they don't advertise unless you ask (tire disposal fee, etc.). I spent about 20% less at D & D because they don't have hidden fees like the chain places. Not to mention the owner is an actual person who will stand behind their product--not some faceless corporation. I'll never buy tires anywhere else again.
