The brunch menu prices are pretty reasonable. I came for brunch and would definitely return to try the dinner menu. It is very affordable. The facility is clean. Crowded at certain times but that's at every gym. I wish they had more cardio equipment but everyone is respectiful of the time limit, cleaning the equipment down & waiting their turn. The weight room is larger & offers a lot of different machines & free weights. The locker rooms & pool have been redone since Sandy & they did a great job. My favorite is the steam room. All the staff are friendly. It's a great spot to run into neighbors, store owners & friends. It's rare to go there & not see someone you know from the community. They have a small seating area where you can wait and watch other shoot in the meantime. There's a jacket rack in the hallway and a bathroom available. The staff there was very sweet and welcoming, and our instructor, whose name I didn't catch (tall, long hair), was a great teacher in going through safety and the basics & giving pointers and answering questions! Our lesson just had around 4 people total to begin with, and then 2 joined later, which seemed decent (since you have to wait until the last person clears shooting before we all grab our arrows again). After you're finished, you have the option to take your target sheet with you if you'd like a small momento! It was such a fun experience for me personally and a great date night place. Would definitely do it again and recommend it, especially for anyone who wants to try out archery!

When I was younger I used to come for team practices and use the machines and other nets for front toss. Now, I use the cages during the winter to hit off the tee and get some front toss so the cages really do their purpose for me. They have tees and bats to borrow if you want to come here with some friends for something fun to do. The staff is really nice and the rates for 15, 30, and 60 minutes are pretty reasonable (as shown in one of my pictures). To pay, however, it is CASH ONLY. My friend and I didn't know this prior to renting the cage, we were lucky we had enough cash! The good thing is is that they have an ATM by the front. Also, since there is a limited amount of cages I would recommend to call in advance.
