They deliver to my local coffee shops and my favorite coffee shop bakery. The prices are higher than most pastries but they're worth a try. The unusual flavor combinations are what attracts me. I rarely ever saw Rhubarb Scones and these are delicious. First they had a traditional scone shape but the last ones I purchased were round scones. Some other flavors are Oat Cherry Corn Scone. Yeah three tastes in one scone! Apple Cheddar is an interesting combination. I like the Chocolate Chip and Blueberry too. The dough is very flavorful. The scones and rolls taste great heated in the toaster oven in the morning. If you are near a Colson patisserie I recommend you try the pastry. Otherwise do as I do and find them at your local bakery or coffee shop! Ask the employees who supplies their pastries. Twice recently I've been told Colson Bakery. The shop is small but decked out in pink decor with their cakes on the wall. This definitely looks like a spot that you would get your cakes from. I got the caramel apple cookie and strawberry cupcake. The cupcake is pretty big. They even garnish it with a real strawberry on top. The frosting was more on the solid side but had a smooth texture. Pairing well with the cake. Then I had the caramel apple cookie. It was really sweet with apple filling inside. I was surprised how they had the apple filling inside. It's an unpretentious bake shop that offers a perfectly chilled cold brew that deserves to be savored with each sip and doesn't break the bank. I couldn't tell you the exact location of the place because it was a vendor, but I assume it's probably somewhere I would conveniently go to. I definitely wanna go to the Brooklyn location.
