I called before placing an order to ensure that they were as quick as their website promised. It was true. They were. I placed my order online (as a bonus, there was a coupon code available on their website) and used their shirt designing tool with ease. I picked the shirt up the following morning and it was perfect--exactly as I designed it online. The clerk was friendly and quick. I was in and out of the mall in less than five minutes. I found the store and I talked to Omar and he said he could absolutely do what I needed to have a logo put on the front and back of my son's hoodie and to come back in 15 minutes. Number one he tells me that any shirt over a large is extra but didn't really have a reason why. I needed them asap so I just paid the almost 140$ for the 3 shirts that he said would take 45 min to do. I went shopping came back the printing was perfect. I got home showed the other two people and they informed me the guy gave me 2 double xl and 1 xl. I called the guy back and he told me basically sorry but we will not refund return or exchange. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES. I've already called my credit card company to dispute this charge, but now I'm stuck with two gigantic shirts that are useless to me for the party tomorrow. This makes me so angry that people do not own up to their mistakes. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and whatever else I can need to do so this does not happen to anyone else. I own my own business and we stand behind our name. Without our customers we are nothing. I hope the owner sees this and fires this so called manager who knows nothing about customer service or smart business practices!!!! Obviously Sam you are not sorry or you would step up and do the right thing. Your employee screwed up NOT ME. I asked for 2 XL shirts and 1 large. Where is my large I never even got one. A couple of weeks ago, after the governor lightened the mask mandate for Arizona, it was determined…read moreby our children's school that they could have their field day that they had missed last year. One of our children's teachers was asking about screenprinting shirts and if anybody knew how, so that her class could be readily identified as when in a group setting the masks were still being worn. Time was also a factor as the field day was the next week. I called a couple of places beforehand, and upon hearing of the simplistic design and the small (24 shirts) quantity, we would hear about how they were backed up or they were too busy. When i called Nancy Perry Productions/ Arizona Screen Print and Embroidery, they listened closely to our plight and were able to set up the entire order perfectly!! Nancy and Michelle, along with the entire staff, are friendly and caring individuals who are complete professionals in their craft. They kept me informed of the process, and the instant the shirts came out of the drying process we were able to pick them up. The shirts turned out beautifully, and a classroom of first grade schoolkids looked pretty darn sharp out there amongst their peers. I dropped off 4 golf shirts that I wanted the letters S.B.G. embroidered on them 3 weeks ago and…read morewas told it would be 14 business day turn around. I hadn't heard anything so yesterday I called to find out the status of my order. The lady who answered the phone the first time I called (yes first time which means that I called a second time several hours later and then a third time at 4:30 pm) told me she didn't have time to check on the order. Now I've been in the store a few times and there is NEVER anyone in the store so how are you so busy that you could not walk over to where pending orders are and let me know if they were started or done? She told me she'd check and call me back. Four hours later with no call back so I called again to see if there was an update - this time same lady was rude and informed me that they don't do small orders and that they were doing this as a favor to me (passive aggressive statement) no you're not doing me a favor as if I had been told that this order was to small I would have looked for another company (by the way which I did and turn around time is 24-36 hours NOT 14 business days. She told me again she'd check and call me back. No call back so at 4:30 I called again and no one answered the phone. I sent a customer request in and was told that they have been busy and that they could get my order done by Friday. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, already wrote a glowing review for the new company and will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone looking for embroidery NOT to use this company and will give them a referral to the company that I went to.
