Nathan greeted us upon opening for an early lunch snack and bloody. We split the Club sandwich (with center bread removed). Delicious and perfect portion. The Bloody Mary screams Wisconsin w the skewer loaded up with snacks, and the cute "Baby Miller" as a back. The Horse & Plow Club sandwich was so good, we stopped a few days later while heading back to the airport. The bar tends to get busy w hotel guests, golfers and tourists. It's the place to be!

Dark wood creates an elegant yet homey feel that is inviting to everyone, including families. Games for adults and kids are found near the hostess station, which are great ways to entertain and create great camaraderie. Kids menus are available, and the regular menu offers great classics. I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary, which was fabulous, and the Lake Perch Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. The sandwich was a generous portion, and could have easily been shared. The fish was large and flakey, and the Brioche bun buttery and sweet. Our server was very friendly, and treated both us and our kids with great attention and humor. It doesn't matter if you are staying at the resort, because every visit here makes you feel like you belong.
