Very unprofessional. I did not use their services but did get a text from EMMA Netty, Who this is I'm not sure. She stated that a former aesthetician is no longer with them as of 10/23 (today being 10/25, 9am) and asked for me to get in touch with her because a few items were left behind. I am including a picture of the communication between the two of us so that it shows how insulting she was to me. I believe my information was used as client info for her and have reached out to who referred me and found out they were contacted also. Emmie is amazing! I got my very first spray tan done by Emmie. I was a little nervous and embarrassed to be in the nude infront of a stranger that I just met. Haha This is not something I usually do. She was so sweet and easy to talk to that I totally forgot I didn't have clothes on. She explained how to prepare my skin before and after the spray tan which was very helpful. The spray tan didn't smell like chemicals or a bad oder at all. It had a very sweet soft smell and I loved that it didn't leave my body feeling sticky after.
