Skydive Houston took my deposit in 2020 before cancelling my jump due to Covid concerns. While trying to reschedule my jump, their landing strip closed for repair delaying my jump again. I was told I would be contacted when the airstrip was ready. After several calls to see when they were taking bookings, I was told my deposit was no longer valid because it had been longer than 2 years since the initial deposit. read more

You falsely advertised on your website and when questioned about the page, your staff said yes you were local to Dallas, that's what it meant. Had an AWESOME time!!! Me and two other friends went and we had a blast! One of my friends was a last minute add-in and they were so easy about it cause they still had plenty of spots left over. The girl who helped us check in was the absolute sweetest and all of our instructors were great! They were all very chill and personable which made the whole experience better cause I was so nervous. I had Cruisey and he was lovely absolutely amazing. My friend vomited on Tyler and he was very gracious and a good sport! In fact he laughed and joked about it! I would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT give Texas Skydiving Company your business. I'm from Dallas and drove 2 1/2 hours out for a reservation. When I arrived, the door was locked, so I called and they informed me that they went ahead and cancelled my appointment because it was cloudy-- yet didn't call, text, or email me ahead of time. Long story short, I drove 5 hours roundtrip for nothing. Extremely unprofessional, they're located in the actual middle of nowhere, and frankly a waste of a day. I took the guy I'm dating skydiving as a birthday present. I've been waiting for almost a month for this! I was super excited to see him jump. I've done it once with another company and loved it and wanted him to have that same experience. As he was in the plane gaining altitude, I was waiting in the designated area to watch from the ground. I then heard squealing noises from the dogs they had on site. I turned around to see the instructor beating a dog! I was horrified and disgusted. I rushed over there to confront him since all the employees next to him did not say anything! During this time, my boyfriend had already jumped and was coming down in the parachute. I was and am still so upset with my experience. I talked to the lady at the front office and she basically said that this wasn't the first time a customer had seen this and that she would talk to the owner. Please do NOT give your money to a company that allows their employees to publicly beat animals in front of their customers. read more
