I live in NY and worked with Kristi Kehoe over phone and through emails. I was a little hesitant at first since she is in California but their pricing was significantly cheaper than their conpetitors in NY so it was hard to refuse. Kristi's demeanor and responsiveness also allayed my fear. It was easier to reach her than some of the NY folks. I really appreciated all of her feedback and suggestions as I was going into this project with limited knowledge on what can be done in terms of design, hiring a contractor, types of material, measurements of beam and track and style types. She sent me physical samples which was very helpful. Also a shoutout to the other players. Our lead installer Hugo was professional, and did a fantatic job. Esther and Monica made the shceduling and billing process seamless. I found it difficult to decide which configuration would work best for our space. I went back and forth from sliding 4 panel, swing doors, sliding 3 panel and back to the sliding 4 panel. There are a number of lock and door handle choices. The product itself is of a good quality. Installation costs vary based on the configuration you choose. The only issue I had was a personality conflict with the sales person at the Scottsdale location and ended up working with an out of state office for my final configuration and order. The installation went well, but I did have to suggest that the installers add more silicone to the bottom track so it would stop flexing. Overall I highly recommend this product and doubt that you can get a decent set of interior doors installed for less. read more

Elena P out of the culver city office also too a great gem also knows how to get the job done without any issues. Cons: Sorry has nothing to do with the employees but maybe the process. I've done about 10-15 different projects with this company. Doors take months to build maybe 3 months give or take a couple of weeks. This could tie up your entire project. However the doors are awesome and worth waiting for, they aren't the cheap contractor stuff you get at Lowe's/Home Depot. Price too they are expensive but you get what you pay for. A quick shoutout to Sliding Door Company for their follow-up service (and honestly, their product). We had three glass framed doors, and eight glass framed closet doors, installed perhaps five years ago, We love them. Time passes though, and one garage door became almost immovable. I called Sliding Door Customer Service, and within minutes they identified the problem and the solution. Not only did they fix the one door, they replaced the parts on all the rest of the doors, 'so they all age together', for a very nominal fee (this is well after any warranty). The service guys were prompt, professional, friendly (and worked around our cat). Special shoutout to Cristina Beltran, Customer Service, for her help. For the first time in the 7 years since we installed our 4 sets of Sliding Door Co. doors we required maintenance for one of the sliding doors. The responsiveness of the customer support team to my request for maintenance was fast (and initial response on the weekend) and very efficient with lots of communication especially with Esther & Cristina in the customer support group. The installation and maintenance team, Marco & Arthur, were equally terrific, very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to repair the door and check and adjust the other doors as well. Very happy that it was 7 years before needing any service but when service was needed it was a terrific experience. Great product and installation and amazing customer service. I was thrilled with my new triple, mirrored closet doors when they were installed almost 5 years ago--and still am. When a small piece came off the bottom of one door recently I called the company and pushed the number for customer service. A woman named Sarah Bradford answered, found my file in a matter of seconds, and asked me to text a photo of the problem, which she quickly identified as a wheel cover, an inexpensive part that affects the soft close. A few texts later I have a new piece in the mail to me at no cost. So I am even more thrilled with The Sliding Door Company.
