The Carcosa area wasn't busy and we decide to have a late lunch (2pm). You could order the Carcosa food in the Yellow Kings Brews area, but the staff recommended to order within the Carcosa side to avoid confusion. There was only one staff member working the bar and that was where you ordered the food. We were able to seat ourselves in the lounge. This processes is very confusing, especially if it's your first time visiting. The vibe is very chill and casual. It was similar to Old Bay spices. I ordered the Yellow King Veggie Panini. The veggies were perfectly roasted; zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and mozzarella on an amazing focaccia bread. I used some of the chipotle aioli to put on my sandwich, an absolute game changer. My group also ordered the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Chicken Wrap that they enjoyed. He went on to say that his uncle was blind and had a service animal, therefore, my animal was not a service dog. When my partner and I tried to explain to him that service animals were not just for blind individuals, he loudly went on to say that he knows ADA rules and this was not a service animal. He did not ask what service was performed by this dog. He appears to be ignorant of actual ADA rules. Service animals are a great option for those of us that may otherwise have difficulties traveling. This dog has saved me many times. Service animals are defined by ADA as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

The alcohol restrictions are also entirely ridiculous- I specifically was told by the bartender that I was being watched for alcohol consumption after having 2 Coronas in a time span of 1 hour and 45 minutes. The restriction on alcohol itself is not the main issue -- it's the way it is handled. We have felt watched and punished despite the fact that nobody in our group was loud, inappropriate, or intoxicated on multiple occasions. I also want to note that the bartenders have been spectacular and are always very nice. This is specially about the manager and the way she acts towards paying customers. When you're spending over $200 on the simulator alone, a little courtesy and respectful communication would go a long way. We really do like this place, but experiences like this make us hesitant to come back.
