I took my dog Maggie today, which they very quickly fit in, and I have nothing but very wonderful things to say. The ladies who worked there were very sweet and communicative, both before and after. They also put bows in her hair, which I wasn't expecting, but amusing nonetheless! The prices were also great, which is definitely a plus. The weird part about all these negative reviews is that if you go in, they have signs of all the Nappies they've won, even as recently as 2020. Anyway, highly recommend them. We will definitely be going back.

She basically said she used the wrong blade and what she was given was a schnauzer cut and basically stated thats what it was supposed to look like ! It was uneven and all. Think they offered a discount on future service or I received a follow up call ? Nope ! And paid 100.00 . My daughter dropped her off before 10:00 am we hadn't received a call or and update so my daughter called 3:38 at that time she was told that they havent gotten to my puppy yet, they had a lot of dogs. Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. " I told her I did not want to see his claws. His hair had never been cut or trimmed. He had the most beautiful feather hair, which should never be cut on a Cavalier. When I returned, all of his feather hair had been cut off. His back appears to be shaved, which means the feather hair will not grow back. She told me she had cut Cavaliers before. i am praying his feathers grow back. Her response, I assumed .....
