They are always willing to help, but aren't pushy and I've never felt uncomfortable asking a question, no matter how stupid I think it is. They have a number of products for the LGBTQ crowd I haven't found elsewhere and can order a lot of other things if you just ask. I honestly wanted to like this store more than I actually did. I've heard so many rave reviews from people who feel more comfortable in this shop than they do in other adult stores, but I've been in here twice now and both times I felt too alienated to purchase anything. The store does have a very nice layout and design, but it mainly caters to hip people in their very early 20s, and I am a heavier set 32 year old, so of course I stand out when surrounded by attractive young people.
