From the moment you walk in you smell the delicious cheeses. They make the sausage in house daily and have several varieties. I ordered a turkey wrap with Swiss cheese and roasted peppers. The wrap was delicious and packed with turkey. It was so fresh and the roasted peppers were homemade. I will be sure to go back. There are so many delicacys I would love to try. Don't sleep on Francos in Hopewell! They are delicious and the staff is so nice!

We split the brisket sandwich, which was piled high with incredibly moist, tender and flavorful brisket on what appeared to be fresh ciabatta. No barbecue sauce, no coleslaw, no distractions. Just straight up brisket flavor, which gets two thumbs up from me. The sandwich came with two sides, so we chose the baked beans and pasta salad. Both were absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the brisket. We washed it all down with an ice cold bottle of A&W Root Beer, the perfect summer pairing for a barbecue meal. The restaurant sits just off a relatively busy road, but the outdoor seating is tucked beside a beautiful pond. That gave me the opportunity to do a little birdwatching while enjoying lunch, which is always a bonus in my book. Best of all, the entire meal was about $20 for two people. I became violently ill for hours immediately after eating at your establishment, followed by ongoing symptoms that required medical attention, including a doctors visit. All of this has been documented, and the Department of Health has already been notified with supporting proof. What's most disappointing is not just the incident itself, but how you chose to handle it. Had you shown even a basic level of concern, accountability, or offered any form of assistance, this could have been handled very differently. Instead, you chose to outright deny my experience and brush it off. That response speaks volumes about how you treat customers when something goes wrong. Shame on you.
