I really like this place a lot. Great food and great people. Ambiance! The bartender/server made me a special Shark Week shark drink because I'm one of those sober nerds.

We stopped in for their late night happy hour after eating at Dutchess Biercafe. At 9 it was still really busy outside but quiet inside. It's a small space, but it's cozy. They had ductless a/c units on the wall, but I'm not sure they were running because it was still quite hot inside. Our server was quick to tend to us and very friendly. They have a great tap list, much like Dutchess, only theirs is lager-centric rather than Belgian. Exactly what you want with some BBQ. You can't beat the 50% off price tag at happy hour either. We also decided to share some of the crispy ribs. The rib was cooked perfectly. Perfectly tender, but still holding its shape. The gochujang glaze was a little sweet and funky, and complimented the crispy texture. We'll definitely be visiting again to sample more food and drinks in the future!

Dropped in for happy hour. Wings are REALLY good, blue cheese is definitely homemade. Highly recommend the old fashioned!!! Amanda gave us great service along with the rest of the staff checking in periodically. Space is small. But cozy and inviting. Highly recommend!

Was super pleasantly surprised by Beast. 3 of us searched for a place for late brunch on Sunday after morning apple picking at nearby fishkill farms. We promptly grabbed a table outside , and were convinced to try brisket and pulled pork. I opted for loaded pulled pork nachos topped with eggs sunny side up. My friends both got brisket sandwiches. We started with an order of crispy chicken wings with gochuchang . Everything came out fast, piping hot , and most importantly full of flavor ! We were so surprised because everything was $15/16 each which was super reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommend!!

Service never disappoints. Tried some new drinks and they all were great. The Fishkill Vice was more my favorite, it's more on the sweeter side but that la how I like my drinks. The Feral Fries were crunchy with the sauce was tangy, a great combo for the taste buds. The sandwiches were superb. It was packed but glad we were able to dine, awesome music, appreciate how easy going it feels being there.

Love it here, food is great and we can bring the baby dog with us. The food doesn't disappoint. Ice cream for dessert is also nearby. BBQ it's only during certain days of the week.

I slept on this place for a long time, but today we were driving by and hungry so we stopped in. Super cool vibes and extra friendly staff made my 1st impression very positive. Plenty of room to sit at the bar or at a table - we sat at the bar. Bartender carried the good attitude and was on point when giving the specials. We both ordered drinks - myself an Old Fashioned and my date a margarita. Both drinks were REALLY good. That bartender definitely puts the love in. The food was out super quick- we both got the pastrami sandwich. The sandwich fell out of heaven and on to my plate! The pastrami was extremely tender with a hint of smoke - the bark on it was perfect. The kraut and sauce on it was the perfect combination for a masterpiece of a sammie. One may think $20 may be a bit on the high side for a sandwich, but it was HUGE and half came home, so no regrets! All in all this place ROCKS and I can't wait to go back to try some other menu items...

Got home from eating at Beast and wondered for a brief moment if I should turn around and go back -- it was THAT GOOD. I had the chicken wings, which were probably the best I've ever had. They had a nice assortment of sauces, but for me, the best was their "special sauce." (Although the buffalo sauce was also excellent and packed a lovely punch). I got the wings with the dry rub, although you have other options if you want a different flavor. There's a special on wings Wednesday nights, so I'm thinking I'll be there weekly... Because I remembered I should probably eat some vegetables, I had a side salad with green goddess dressing. Fresh salad and the dressing was excellent. My partner got the chicken sandwich, which also had the special sauce I used on my wings. She said it was "out of this world" (part of that may have been influenced by the curly fries she had on the side). Regardless, there was nothing left on either of our plates by the time we left. The place is small, so on a Saturday night we ended up sitting at the bar --which was actually kind of neat. It meant we got to talk with some of the servers, who were all super nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

First time here, and super impressed. Local business owners who opened up another spot in Fishkill. Ambiance is warm and welcoming. Very cute interior with a large bar and plenty of tables. We sat at the bar and the service was great. Very attentive and helpful. Our bartender told us happy hour was ending soon so we were able to take advantage of that. Very helpful. Food was great. Menu has a lot of variety. This is a pretty "meaty" place, just so folks are aware. We had the nachos and tacos - both very well seasoned and delicious. I would highly recommend this spot. I will definitely be back!

I think I've been to this location a long long time ago but I'm glad I'm back…read more To be honest it's hard to tell the difference of Cracker Barrels once you pull into the parking lot. Most of them are the same and consistently is a good thing. You know what you're getting every time. There are rocking chairs outside with a giant checkers board as well. The store is the first part once you walk in and they have all kinds of snacks, drinks, toys, souvenirs, shirts and much more. Some of it is branded stuff and most of it is pretty unique stuff. The restaurant is past that and you check in with the hostess and hopefully there isn't a wait. I usually get the breakfast and it's good every time. Breakfast all day as well which awesome. Service was good too.

I have never, in all of my 75 years of life, asked to speak to the manager of a restaurant but I…read moreguess that there's a first time for everything. Our visit began well. Our waitress, Hope, was very sweet and took our order promptly. After waiting about 30 minutes, we asked about our order. Hope explained that a bus had arrived and that the kitchen had been overwhelmed. We hadn't seen a bus or an unusually large number of customers, but she kindly offered us some biscuits while we waited. The biscuits were delicious, although we hadn't wanted to fill up on bread before our meal. When our food finally arrived, my companion's meatloaf was cold, so he had to send it back to be reheated. I had ordered French toast, but pancakes arrived instead. Hope checked her order pad, confirmed that I had indeed ordered French toast, and offered to take the pancakes back. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Within about two minutes, she returned with what was supposed to be French toast. It looked like slices of bread that had been hastily dipped in egg and barely cooked. The slices were white rather than the golden-brown color you would expect from properly prepared French toast. I tried a piece, and it essentially tasted like bread. It was so undercooked that I called it "raw French toast." When Hope came back to check on us, I told her that the French toast was inedible. Her response was simply to ask if we wanted the check. When we went to pay our tab, the cashier asked if we had been happy with our meal. I took the opportunity to say no, and she called over the manager. I briefly explained my disappointment and the manager promptly offered to remove the cost of my meal from the bill. That was satisfactory but I didn't get the feeling that she was going to talk to the cook about the fact that such horrible food should never have left the kitchen to begin with. Was she going to try to improve the service for the next customer? I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I appreciated Hope's pleasant attitude but waiting roughly 30 minutes for our food, receiving cold meatloaf, and then being served essentially uncooked French toast is not an acceptable dining experience. What was especially disappointing was that there didn't seem to be any real attempt to correct the problem once I explained that my meal was inedible. I left hungry and disappointed and probably won't eat French toast again for the rest of my life!
