very good food. Pickles are very good. Burger is small and taller than it is wide. Corn is great, and all of the food was *very* hot. Mac and cheese is reminiscent of Annie's with the white cheddar sauce. Nice that they shred their own cheese, it needed something more than pasta, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Decent size portions all around. Skip the berry mocktail. Salad was good, nothing out of the ordinary but better than I would make at home. Service was great, music choice was excellent, and the building is cool with ample parking. Nice to see them cooking through a window. Only one bathroom though.

Smoking Trout is a newer restaurant in Marlborough, NH. We stopped for an early dinner and were very impressed. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly and prompt. Our drinks were refreshing and well made. Our food fresh and flavorful. Street corn is my favorite and they did it very well. For our main dishes my husband and daughter raved about the Steak Frites. My mushroom Cibatta Sandwich was delicious. We loved the atmosphere and have found a new favorite restaurant in the area .

The place is nice ambience not so much. We had the poutine, and had a really weird flavor that we could not get past..sour? We've had it many places, here it just was not good. The chop salad was good. Mac & cheese was dry. We did not really get the cheddar flavor. Finally the banana bread pudding. We were so excited to try. It was an edible. It looked delicious but tasted like raw too bad we really wanted to love it.

First time visitors to this restaurant! We enjoyed it all. We started with the Calamari and homemade chips and dips. Both were excellent, the Calamari was lightly breaded, cooked to perfection, not rubbery like so many spots. The chips were delicious as well both came with great dips. Next, I had the burger ordered medium and it was! It was juicy and very tasty, came with FF they were equally good. Husband had the Ciabatta watch he loved too. Server Kaylee was great, she was very attentive and service with a smile... The only reason it was 5 stars as it feel short on dessert, only row which left us not ordered...it's an easy fix, there is even a woman in Keene makes a good tiramisu , ask Luca Paris !

Pretty awesome Brussels sprout appetizer, amazing pretzel sticks for starters. The fish and chips was just average but the fried chicken and waffles was great. Coleslaw was a disappointment and not enough of it. Should be a solid bowl with fish and chips. Great service atmosphere and bathrooms. I'll have to order a different entree and see if I can redeem here.

Unless you wanna wait an hour or so, it's best to arrive 30min before they open to beat the rush. It's incredibly cramped and rushed inside, and you may need to share a table with others if you're a smaller party. Food is quite pricey but well worth it. We ordered the oysters (they've got a variety so you can choose), clam chowder, lobster roll, cioppino, and johnnycake. Oysters were fine, but the clam chowder was absolutely dismal. Not sure what happened, especially since it's so highly rated, but it was extremely watery and almost completely unseasoned. It could've definitely used salt at the very least. If I didn't know it was from Neptune, I'd have given it a 2/10. To my relief, the lobster roll was the total opposite. Succulent, juicy, heavenly. It was like being in Maine. The cioppino was also very good. The Johnnycake was an interesting but fun way to end the meal. It's a sweet pancake-like cornmeal covered in a syrupy glaze and topped with smoked bluefish paste, crème fraiche and caviar. I've never had anything like it. Nothing was super overpriced, but I personally prefer next door (Paulini's), which is much cheaper and while it isn't as good, it also doesn't require waiting in an hour in line. However, I think Neptune's is definitely worth a try as long as you're willing to wait in line.

We also ordered the crab fries--yum!--and the Ceasar salad which was strikingly devoid of anchovies for a seafood place (a bit disappointing). Either way, based on the oysters alone, it was a perfect night out. Our second trip to Waypoint was still great, but not 5 stars. Virtually every oyster had bits and grit in it which is a bit off-putting. The pizza wasn't bad by any means, but the crust was lacking the chewy-bouncy texture I look for in a Neapolitan, and the flavors were a bit basic. Definitely willing to try the oysters again! Hopefully the second experience was just a fluke and the quality will be spectacular again next time. Would still recommend!

I like the look of the place but it's kind of like they put a classy cover on a kind of ordinary place. Service is nice but kind of confused and slow. The vibe is kind of brightly lit New England chic. Not quite old money but not quite new. Not really sure how to categorize this place but it ain't great.

Upon arrival (be warned, gps will take you weird way through back lots, bit you will get there) was impressed by the beautiful historical structure it is housed in. Theres a lovely outdoor eating area, and plenty of indoor dining in various types of rooms, and a bar area. We opted for indoor dining, was seated in the main dining area. Its a beautiful space with restored wood work and craft beer decor. They brew their own beer. I had the Bird NEIPA, probably the smoothest IPA i have ever tasted. Loved it. Apps: OUTSTANDING! the spinach artichoke dip I guarantee is better than any you have ever had, anywhere. The bagel chips with everything seasoning compliments the dip perfectly. We also had the sweet potato corn jalapeño soup. Creamy, flavorful with the perfect spicy finish. Dinner: Took forever to get to us. Almost an hour from when we ordered. At 45 minutes our server said he dropped one of our meals, so he asked kitchen to make 2 new ones..so one wasn't just sitting under heat lamp. Very much appreciated, but even still..it should not have taken that long. My meal was ok. Peach BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, there wasn't much chicken. The bun was barely toasted, and not a broiche as advertised. Just a regular burger bun. So i couldnt hold the sandwich up without it drooping. I ate with fork, it was fine. Just a bit disappointed. The NY Strip however, was melt in your mouth good, the demi glaze sauce was amazing too. Would definitely come back here if ever in area again. It was that good, even with the bad timing. So many other menu items i would love to try

I really wanted fish but being from the Boston area I hesitate to order when I'm away especially if I'm not right on the ocean. Anyhow I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the haddock sandwich and the mussels appetizer to go back to the hotel. I can't think of one thing that didn't impress me. First the sandwich, HUGE, fresh, nicely fried piece of haddock packaged beautifully on a bed of lettuce with a nice wedge of lemon; brioche bun lightly toasted and buttered bagged separately; tarter sauce and coleslaw (loved the coleslaw!) on the side. This came with a side ( I chose sweet potato fries). The mussels appetizer, delicious, fresh and enough for a meal for my daughter and I! The broth was so good we could drink it out of the bowl, but we were lucky enough to have a nice bag of toasted bread served with them to sop it up with. All this for under $40! I also have to mention the waitstaff was super attentive and helpful even though it was Friday night and there was a lot going on. That kind of professionalism did not go unnoticed. I am looking forward to experiencing the full dining experience and will definitely be back!

The ambiance is a little noisy but it's a raw bar that has sports on. The food is delicious. I could have eaten the Cippino forever! The broth was a complex delicious and perfectly spiced tomato base. The seafood was plentiful and large sized. I have never seen shrimp so big! I also ate oysters and had an amazing home made peaches and cream cheese cake. Listen I don't really like cheese cake but I could eat that cake everyday for the rest of my life. Everything from start to finish once I sat down. Was delicious and the staff was very kind. This food was fired fresh in the kitchen. I could see if from my bar seat. So if it took a little bit it was worth it! I'd eat here the next time I'm in Manchester 10/10
