I ordered a BYO French Omelette ($12 plus tax) with baked tofu and Swiss cheese, with tater tots and Portuguese muffin. My ordered was ready to in about 10 minutes. I grabbed packets of ketchup and hot sauce on the way out. I already picked up my coffee nearby before stopping here. The omelette was a fluffy folded egg filled with tofu and melted Swiss cheese. The golden tater tots were hot and crisp. The sweet Portuguese muffin was toasted and buttered. Overall, this breakfast was fairly filling to eat and I was all set for the day ahead of driving over Hogback to NY.
