Forrest came to our house On Time and was Superb. He did a walk through with us to look at each area we wanted cleaned. He was very professional and used a laser to measure square footage, thus No Questions about square footage. He took the time to tell us about the products used and the techniques used. We were informed about challenging areas and what to expect regarding the cleaning of our 28 year old light colored carpet. We are Thrilled !
