We've used Kyle for our carpets years ago and had a great experience. Our carpets still look pretty good after 6.5 yrs and a toddler in the house. Although I do think it's time for another cleaning now. Recently we used Sno-King Quality Cleaning for our air duct cleaning. I chose them because they were knowledgeable with EPA's recommendations and the negativities of a popular sanitizing service. I contacted several furniture cleaning services and none of them were willing to clean my Tempurpedic because they are so challenging to clean without causing damage to the mattress. I spoke to the owner, Kyle, and not only was he willing but he even contacted Tempurpedic to ask for advice on how to avoid damaging the mattress! I was very impressed by his care and dedication. This is the first time I used Sno-King to clean my carpets. They are the only carpet business I have used that does a deep vacuum, followed by a treatment before the final deep clean. Alex and Andrew cleaned my carpet, upholstery, and area rugs in our new townhouse on the Friday after Thanksgiving! They were prompt, efficient, made me feel comfortable and trusting that they'd help with a serious issue . I don't like wall to wall carpet, because it harbors my worst allergen:DUST MITES! I was coughing, my tongue , throat , and uvula were inflamed and sore! My asthma kicked in (haven't used inhaler in 3 years previous to this mess). Then the eczema on my eyelid flared up! Yep, haven't seen that in 3 years either. So this was a bit of an emergency. Well folks, after these guys cleaned , I walked back into our home, and immediately felt a loosening in my chest. This was my 1st experience with Sno-King Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and they literally came to my rescue by squeezing me in at the last minute and doing an amazing job for me. They were able to get my carpets looking & smelling wonderful before my house guests arrived to visit. As usual, I had left everything to the last minute - I phoned Sno-King Carpet Cleaning in a desperate attempt to find someone who could or would come on very, very SHORT NOTICE to clean my carpet which was covered in DOG URINE stains. Anyway, as I explained all this to Kyle - I was frantic to get my carpets cleaned before I had out of town guests arrive for a visit in several days and even though I was very last minute Kyle listened agreed to move things around and squeeze me (and my stinky, stained carpets) in the next day. Kyle arrived right on time, was extremely professional and did an AMAZING job on my carpets - all the urine stains were all removed as well as some stubborn WAX stains and the whole house smelled incredible when he was done.
