Forrest came to our house On Time and was Superb. He did a walk through with us to look at each area we wanted cleaned. He was very professional and used a laser to measure square footage, thus No Questions about square footage. He took the time to tell us about the products used and the techniques used. We were informed about challenging areas and what to expect regarding the cleaning of our 28 year old light colored carpet. We are Thrilled ! We used this service to have an area rug cleaned and overall were mostly pleased with the ease of the process and results. After moving houses, our rug had been stored for some time and was dirty but no major stains to get out. I called the company and found that they would come pick up the rug from our house, take it to their facility for cleaning, and then schedule a drop-off time to return it. We were thrilled with how easy that was! Communication was excellent and the technician arrived on time and was both professional and friendly. It only took a couple days to return it and was a few hundred bucks for the cleaning. Return of our rug was equally as punctual and communication excellent. Only issue we had was when we unrolled it that weekend there were dirt marks in several places. We photographed and called the company leaving a message, but no one ever called us back. Luckily the spots were easy enough to remove with a carpet cleaner and the rest of the rug was clean and fresh. We were a little disappointed that we paid so much only to have to clean the rug after receiving it and then further disappointed we didn't get a call back from customer service about the issue. I really liked the ease of the process and initial communication which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I'm not sure if the dirt marks got there while rolling back up at the facility or if this was an isolated incidwnt of poor quality control. My Pure Clean technician did an excellent job at representing the work he was about to provide and also information about the full Suite of services offered. I don't usually have the patience for sales speak but in this case disclosure of the services they provide made me aware of things I could do to improve my carpet appearance and things that I have been doing wrong all along. This type of value does not appear in typeface, but in this case my servicer Donovan was extremely experienced and knew what he was talking about. Mind you I went into this with a budget cost in mind and met that goal easily. I also opted out of services because I understood better the outcome and could make a informed decision. I called to get a price for cleaning a mattress. I was told $189 and I booked it. The tech comes out and tells me it will be $329. Um, what? Oh there's a $40 environmental fee that I was not told about on the phone. But it's still $100 more. I told the tech that was not the price I was told over the phone although in the moment I couldn't remember exactly what price I was given. He gave an explanation that the phone people don't always know the condition of the item, etc., etc. This item was in practically new condition and had always been used with a mattress protector. I really hesitated to go through with the cleaning at that price. Sensing this hesitation, the tech offered to take off $100. Amazing how that now lines up with what I was told over the phone plus the $40 environmental fee they don't tell you about on the phone. The pricing felt disingenuous. The final quote was $100 higher than what I was told on the phone, and only dropped after I hesitated. It came across like an unexpected upsell--what I'd call a 'sucker fee'. read more

We had Brock Isaac come today to clean our carpets. We are very impressed, he did a great job, was punctual and courteous. We would definitely recommend Brock with Pure Clean to our friends and family. Edited from 5 star to 2 on 2/3/24 Has our carpets cleaned a couple days ago. The night they were cleaned And after drying we realized the carpets didn't smell clean at all, their was a funk to them, we could smell pee very strongly in the areas where we had previous pet accidents. This is surface smells on top of the carpet, not from deep within the pad etc. I put a damp white cloth on the carpet and it came up yellow and dirty! Brock came back yesterday (2 days after initial "clean") And added some of their deodorizer and raked it into the carpet. I was concerned that this was just going to be a cover up not solving the problem. But they were not willing to clean it any further with their machinery. The carpet still is dirty, smells dirty and like pee still and still comes up yellow ands dirty with damp rag. We don't have that much carpet, I paid $340 for the stair case and part of a small bedroom to still not be clean. I'm beyond disappointed as I really wanted to like this company and my carpets did not receive a DEEP CLEAN as they promised. Their guarantees per the pamphlets they gave me: * 100% of odors no matter the smell * sanitizes, deoderizes, ELIMINATES ALL ODORS * if an error occurs we will rush it to your home to correct any concerns you have GUARANTEED. I would give only 1 star but Brock was very nice and had great customer service so they stars go to him read more
