    Leaking water from broken equipment.

Seriously. Run away! *** update April 21 2024*** Still no response from the company. This is turning into plan theft. They unhooked the equipment and have not been in contact with us at all. This is getting out of hand. The integrity of individuals in this company and s starting to show. Why can you respond to other customers but ignore us? **Update April 16th 2024** Still no response from the company. No update with the broken hardware they took. No refund. Do not do business with this company. *Update 30 March 2024. They came and removed the leaking hardware on March 5th or 6th. and we have not heard from them if they are going to replace it or refund the device. Starting to feel like they are just blatantly stealing from us at this point. *Update 4th March 2024* The system leaked all over the laundry room. They came out and "fixed it" from the previous leak but now it's just worse.. I really wish they would just come pick up the whole thing give us our money back and make this nightmare go away. ------------------ Let me begin, This company is a mess The salesman lied to us and told us it would all fit in the crawlspace. Which it would not, as this thing is multiple 5' tall tanks. imagine the look on our faces when they showed up with these things. The Salesman said there was no water softener that we needed to refill regularly. This, after repeatedly telling him we do not Want one of those. Wrong again. Again, imagine the look on our faces when they showed up with a water softener. (Just imagine us throwing salt into the crawlspace to load up this thing) yeah we were confused as you could imagine. The financing team had no idea what they were doing. He literally argued with me about how to do the paperwork. Probably because they don't sign very many applications. ( I know, these were all signs. We should have listened. ) And now with the install. 1-They ran the water line through the front of the cabinets. Who on earth does something like that. My 5year old knows better than that. 2-We have very little water pressure. The fridge ice maker stopped working None of our other systems work due to lack of water. Now the guy who installed it is out for a while and they don't really care. "We will get someone out there in a week or two" If I could, I would tell you to stay away from Source H20!!! Not only to stay away but run. ***Update March 25th*** They finally installed the last part and it leaked all over the laundry room. Looks like a defective machine. This is tooo much to deal with.

Water used in 24 hours. Average before filters installed was 266 now 600!!

Stay away, do not let them in your house. Someone showed up at my door acting like the free water test was a public service so we agreed to have the water tested. After showing how "bad" the water is the hard pitch came. I should have stopped it there but my wife seemed to want to try it. As another reviewer stated you only get 3 days to cancel. That starts the day you fist sign. I didn't get the paperwork that states this until 3 days later AFTER the system was installed. I have been trying to cancel and they refuse to email me back and put anything in writing. They insist on trying to waste time on the phone and avoid the real issue. The tanks are larger than the salesman indicated so now our washer is sitting at an odd angle and one of our cabinets is no longer easily accessable. The system shows 600 gallons of water used in 24 hours, my family averages 266 gallons used per day. The reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen was dumping water down the drain constantly for 24 hours until I shut it off. I want my house and mental state back to where it was before I met anyone from this shady company.

After interviewing four companies and…read moredoing a ton of research, we settled on EcoWater Systems offered through Costco and installed and serviced by Superior Water. It's been a couple of months and we are so happy with the system. They installed a whole house softener and purification system that also removes chloramines. We also had them put in a reverse osmosis system that goes into the frig and to the kitchen sink. The water is silky, soft and doesn't smell like chemicals. It feels much softer than it did with Culligan. The whole system is wifi enabled and we can monitor it from our phones. It alerts us if anything should need servicing or if the salt needs replacing. The installation was flawless and Etta, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable. The installer, Brian, was very professional, friendly and the installation was flawless. We used our Costco Visa and got an extended warranty and an 10% rebate via a Costco Cash Card, making this the best priced system of the four compatible systems we researched. Superior Water has followed up several times to make sure everything is going smoothly. We couldn't be happier.

They arrived in the morning as promised and were completely finished with three major installations by 2pm. We ordered this bundle thru our Costco membership services that contracted out Superior Water for their installation services and I must say both plumbers were Proffesional, kind, and patient with our questions during the process! Sean even helped me with leaking shower while he was here & only charged me for parts. ( Much appreciated as we were at our wits end with that shower leak ). Our water softener installed is top of the line, remote monitoring with it to.measure water usage and rock levels. The water tastes really good, if possible to believe and super clear! We absolutely love our new water system. Thank you all - even Melissa in office has been pleasant to deal with my post installation questions. We have found our plumbers to use going forward! Especially since they come out to Elizabeth.

Tom came out to talk water and boy, does Tom know water! As we started to talk about the house, where our water comes from and what we were primarily interested in Tom was doing tests of our water. He was very efficient in the testing and explaining the results. Our new home in Castle Pines was built with an instant hot water unit, which was all new for us. And from some other companies we talked to at the garden and home show told us that you definitely need to put a soft water unit in for the tankless (primarily for the warranty). As it turns out, Tom gave us a measurement of 3 for hardness which is very good and he told us we do NOT need to install a soft water unit. BONUS! We also talked about other minerals and pH in our water. And it was nice to hear we have really good water here. He did leave a flyer and a quote for a RO (reverse osmosis) drinking water system if we ever decide we would like to go that route other than just getting drinking water from the refrigerator. I would highly recommend anyone who is curious about their water quality to contact them and talk through what you might need or what you want.

If you're looking for a water softening system, go with him. I like to learn and understand how all the appliances in my house work and Tom couldn't have been happier to spend the time educating me, both before we agreed to hire him and then while he was personally installing the system. We discussed our needs and family size, and it was refreshing when he recommended the lower cost solution for us instead of trying to upsell us something we didn't need. He'll be very honest about what will make you the happiest with your water. The system works great and made a noticeable difference with the hardness of our water. Tom was very efficient when installing and left no mess when he was done. He and his wife (co-owner) have also called to check in to make sure we were happy and confirm everything was working well. Don't think twice about hiring them!

We inherited a Pelican water filtration system when we bought our house that I knew nothing about…read more I called Water Pros when it started leaking since Pelican wasn't in business anymore to see what the state of the system was. When we found out it was so old & calcified that it wasn't even working, we purchased a new whole house conditioner. We had an RO unit installed in our kitchen some months ago by Water Pros Water Purification. The…read moredischarge hose was not inserted into the drain correctly and it came out and began emitting water into the cupboard under our kitchen sink. Since the leak was so slow, we did not notice it until we went downstairs and saw the huge water bubble in the basement ceiling. The carpet was soaked. All in all, we had a repair bill of just under $2,600. I called Paul at Water Pros the day we discovered the damage and he told me that he "would take care of me." He suggested I call my insurance company to start the claim. I did that and was told that since the damage was less than my homeowners deductible, that it would be up to the installers insurance company to cover it. The Hartford Insurance company carried Water Pros insurance policy. I sent and explanation of what had happened with the pictures I had and was told that since I did not prove that the damage was due to their insured policyholder (Water Pro's), they would not cover the claim. Not worried, I again called Paul at Water Pro's. Now he was changing his tune. No longer was it "I will take care of you," but now it was suggesting that it was not his installer's fault that the damage had happened. I told him that any other cause was ridiculous. Was he suggesting that I or someone else pulled the waste water line out of the drain myself? Ultimately, he said it was impossible for the waste water line to come out of the drain. Funny that, since it was sticking nearly straight up out of the drain when I found it. On the day I found the leaking line, I immediately turned off the water and proceeded to anchor the line to the underside of the kitchen counter before curving it back down into the drain. I then squeezed the line together so that it wouldn't want to spring back out again and held it with a nylon tie wrap. Paul refuses to admit fault for his installation and has stuck me with the repair bill. I am currently seeking remedy in Small Claims Court.

His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.
