I felt that the practice was more focused on financial gain than on addressing my immediate dental needs and pain.

The kingpin, Dr. Sethi, saw me once for eleven seconds and my $1500 treatment plan is based on an 11-second prognosis. After being sheltered for two years thanks to covid, patients come in hoards. Especially baby boomers who have the worst teeth ever, having been spoonfed processed food product as toddlers in the 1950s when government had no health department that scrutinized disastrous oral hygiene. During covid, boomers' remaining teeth, if any, rotted out and dentures rusted. With all this business, a small workspace, and only a few persons on the top of the hierarchy who know what's happening, it's no surprise that schedules get convoluted, billing errors abound, already long wait times are further exacerbated, and doctors treat multiple patients concurrently. Thus, Lakefront panders to retirees who essentially have nothing else to do and nowhere else to be. I have yet to see any yuppies or students who have a schedule and social life, and I have weekly appointments with large expenditures to help fuel the $multi-trillion$ industry called healthcare. Old folks should come to Lakefront to showcase nice teeth in their coffin.

Really, when you go to the dentist you have to accept the fact that they are usually in damage control mode because people (me) don't establish better habits when necessary. Thank god for Dr. Graham and his team for taking care of me with 3 wisdom teeth removed, a new crown, and a cleaning schedule that really works for my attempt at change :) Let me explain... Dr. Graham was the first dentist that I completely trusted when it came to the removal of my wisdom teeth. It was getting really bad as I would get these really bad reactions when I didn't brush properly or floss properly. I think my wisdom teeth were the problem. Removed the bad teeth and no more problems! Also, I've had to change my habits under the guidance of his support team. More brushing, better flossing, water pick and just more awareness of what a clean mouth is supposed to feel like. I'm not embellishing here but this place has changed my health and life for the better.
