Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. When tea is the whole menu, temperature isn't a detail... it's the headliner. I like the concept. I respect the passion. It's just a bit limiting for my taste, and the execution missed slightly on the most important note. Three stars. A cool idea... that just needed to be a little hotter.

We each had vegetable ribbons as a side. The fun ribbons are the perfect way to eat fresh carrots and zucchini. I had a Final Frontier Fog, the cafe's name for a London Fog hot tea beverage. Other nonalcoholic beverages are available. This restaurant is highly convenient because it allows you to see a continuous stream of Lowell presentations without leaving the premises. You don't have to drive down the forested hill back into town for a meal. The restaurant is run by Jitters a longtime Eastside breakfast lunch restaurant with a more extensive menu.
