This Craft location isn't large - the interior of the restaurant is especially small with just a walk-up counter and a few smaller tables. Most of their seating is on the patio area in front of the entrance, and they were happy to move a few tables together to accommodate our group of 6. We each ordered a cocktail to start, which were well-made, and then we ordered our main courses. Those who got pizzas said they were really good. I had the milanesa caprese and it was also good, though the caesar salad I ordered for my side had large chunks of both tomato and bacon, and the white dressing definitely wasn't caeser and was relatively flavorless. While I'd give our overall experience on that night 4 stars and I'd note that service was attentive throughout our time here, there are other restaurants I'd likely patronize both in this plaza and the few adjacent ones before I'd consider returning to Craft for dinner. The quality of the food really stands out. You can taste that they're using premium ingredients, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed. On our first visit, they were practically out of their pastries at 11am on a SUNDAY. So we only had their coffee. I was blown away on how good it was. They really know what they're doing. This time they were actively baking and bringing out pastries. We enjoyed their coffee and had some pastries. This time a lady took my order and she was super friendly. Croissant: perfect. Flaky.
