I've seen these sandwiches go viral on social so when I saw they were nearby I figured I'd give it a try. I had it Doordashed do my hotel and have to compliment their to-go packaging. It was very functional and something that places often overlook. We ordered the Trust Your Gut smoothie, the Tunacado sandwich, and a carrot cake. The smoothie was great and the sandwich bread is like a large cracker so it has a good crunch and gave a good bread to filling ratio. The sandwich was good, but I'm not sure worthy of the online hype. I don't usually rave about carrot cake but this one was particularly tasty. Joe and the Juice is a good quick lunch option that offers much healthier options compared to other fast casual spots. I would absolutely go again. read more

There is nowhere to park ever. I was just yelled at by security for waiting for parking. Spent 30 minutes going in circles around the whole block waiting for parking and I was berated by the same security guard each time. Only 3 spots available and no waiting. For a quick little lunch spot, the food wasn't expensive, the bread to filling ratio was perfect so you could really taste the fillings, and the sandwich was just the right size. Came back to give this place another chance. We ordered the seasonal honey bun matcha and the cardamom matcha. They were both subpar. I came for a quick post workout protein smoothie. I love to come here. Today the smoothie was filled with ice chips. The taste was excellent but it was so thick and icy I could hardly drink it. Every sip I was getting ice and having to chew the ice. This is not their normal for me though. I also could not collect my rewards on the app and so I lost out on collecting points towards their rewards system today. Definitely an off day for the store read more

Not many options open in this area because it's thanksgiving so we decided to give this place a chance. From entering we really liked the look of the place and they have a good menu. We ordered the Cortado, Serrano Sandwich and Banana Bread. The presentation of the items was cute as they came in cool pink containers. The items themselves were very average. Nothing was amazing nor bad, it was just okay. The main complain is that the serrano sandwich was very salty. The saltiness was expected because of the serrano ham but something else was making it even more salty, i think it was the pesto. read more

Joe and the Juice just opened in Coral Gables and it has been a hit. Went on a Friday morning and it was busy as to be expected! The service was a little slow but it could be due to them being recently opened and still figuring things out. However, everyone was very friendly. I got the spicy tuna sandwich with avocado and it was delicious, will definitely be ordering it again. The coffees were good as well, a little bit on the smaller side but they were made well. Don't know if I would get the blueberry latte again but the vanilla latte was great. Great vibes, fun coffee shop environment, and tasty food. Will definitely be frequenting this location. read more

HORRIBLE with allergies and worst experience! do not come here if you suffer with any type of nut allergy. I walked in and asked if the gluten free bread contained nuts. the gentlemen was unsure and I asked him to check the label. he was unwilling to bring the label out because the box was large and he was too busy. at this point, I told him to forget it and I see another worker texting with his gloves then proceed to touch a customers bread at the toaster. They are quick to serve you and the place is super cute. I had the blue shake (I forgot the name) but it was great and croissant was fresh.

My review is based on ordering through the Joe app. I have ordered 3 times (the chicken club sandwich is really great, love the thin crusted bread, the blueberry matcha latte is amazing, the breakfast sandwich called the slab is OK too, it's simply cream cheese on the signature Joe bread). When ordering through the app it takes 7-10 minutes for my order to be ready so that's pretty convenient. I have never had to wait for an order. read more

Let me start of by saying- the smoothies and food were good. It really was just the customer service and ambiance that turned me off. I waited to be acknowledged by the counter staff who was chatting with her friend until she realized she needed to take our order. The girl making our sandwich is wearing gloves that served no purpose, because the entire time she was sipping on her juice/smoothie. Not a nice look hygienically when you're preparing my food. Waited 15 minutes to get two sandwiches which is pretty annoying, considering we were the only customers at that time. Then there were 4 people staffed behind the counter and they were talking and laughing so loud amongst themselves you couldn't even hear the music in the background. Sadly the tunacado was not like a mousse but CHUNKY. I have had this same sandwich at different locations and nothing in comparison.

I waited an hour for a sandwich the wait time is horrible. They prioritize the app so if you order on the app they have your order ready and fast. However the brickell location is way better they also heat up the sandwiches. My sandwich was cold and waited over an hour. The staff needs to work on customer service. The place is clean and nice location. I love Joe and the juice just not this particular experience. read more

I walked up to the register and asked the lady working, "Do you guys serve lemonade" she replies "Of course we do" I order a lemonade and a brownie (which there wasn't a price tag on) She gives me the brownie right away and into a large pink box, awesome, I'm just waiting for them to call my lemonade. Whilst I'm waiting my friend receives her food AND finishes it. At that point I walk up to a new girl working the register and ask about my lemonade, "Lemonade? We don't sell lemonade" I explain how the other employee took my order and she tells a barista to make me a lemonade. I was charged 16 dollars and I also asked about that. I assume a lemonade can't be more than 7 dollars, they charged me 5 dollars for a brownie that is the size of a lego brick and 11 for a menu item that doesn't exists. I say nothing and when I'm watching them make my drink I refuse to believe it's mine because they put half a lemon, 5 whole apples, water and agave into a cup and then call my name. They charged me 10 dollars for a drink I DID NOT ORDER and that had maybe 4 dollars worth of ingredients. Easy to say I am very upset and hope that next time they can just be honest and tell me they don't know how to make a very simple juice with an INSANE markup.
