The server seemed dazed and confused. We asked him questions but he didn't seem to know anything. We absolutely love German food so we were excited. However, this wasn't really German food. First, how does a German restaurant not have German beer on tap? Then I ordered the schnitzel. It wasn't pounded out correctly and was too thick to be considered schnitzel. The breading had no seasoning. My husband (vegetarian) ordered the veggie melt, which was on the menu, but he was told they no longer make it. He ended up getting a "sides plate." When it arrived, there were 4 of the smallest portions of sides ever. Why not just make spaetzel a main dish? Voila, you have a vegetarian option! My daughter ended up getting a pretzel because the spaetzel she wanted had too many other ingredients in it for her liking. That's on us not the restaurant.
