Service was not good we were barely served while those around us were treated with much friendlier service. Our food was served hot but without much flavor. The burger was barely edible it was the worse dish we tried it was dry and lacked any flavor. . I really like the spinach dip and my nachos were good but lacked flavor, my friend went with chicken strips which she said were just OK. The place seemed like it caters more to the locals, so nope I will not be back.

It was dead on a Friday night so I'm a bit worried they won't last long, but hoping football season helps. Service was very attentive and responsive. We had pub basics and they were okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. It was a little off putting to see staff or maybe friends of staff playing video games on the giant screen in the back larger area. I realize no one was seated there, but we passed through to use the restrooms (which were dirty) and felt like we were interrupting. It didn't feel super welcoming, but I'd call it fine. Given multiple places in the neighborhood with pub style grub, we probably wouldn't make our way back unless it was at the request of friends or for an event. I wish them luck as it would be nice for more things to survive in the area.

This was our first time visiting this location for their costume Halloween party and everyone was friendly. That atmosphere was chill. We had a 9-10 out of 10 great time.

Reggie's is best known as the sports bar near the McCormick Center station. For those wanting a dive bar experience, the lower part is pretty cool. The rooftop is where it's at though, so make your way to the upstairs. Back in the day they used to have more specials that brought people in on weekdays at the upstairs bar. It unfortunately doesn't have most of these anymore, and also doesn't seem to have as large as crowds. The last time here there were only a few others on the rooftop. A good thing about that was service was fast. The prices are unfortunately what have increased. It's about $10 for Long Island iced teas, which used to be cheap. These were still pretty strong though. It's about $9 for shareable bites. We got the Hummus. It came with quite a lot to dip. There was a generous amount of pita slices and vegetables. Atmosphere here still is pretty cool. There's a pool table and they still play hip music. Good to use the bathroom before. It's pretty gross, especially the one on the rooftop. The weather can play a part too, as the rain gets in everywhere, including on those at the pool table.

Came by and it was almost a full house but we were lucky enough to catch 3 seats at the bar. Guy behind the bar was cool as hell and took good care of us the whole time we were there. The pizza and garlic parm wings were really good, but those BBQ wings were definitely the star of the show for me. Im like whats in that sauce? crack?? Damn!!! Wasn't too busy as there wasn't a prominent sports event going on at the moment but still had adequate staff and patrons. Our bartender was cool, no complaints about the service whatsoever. They did not have physical menus, had QR codes. I like how they put the cook time for their pizzas, definitely a good heads up as I was hungry NOW and ain't have time to wait so I didn't order. Their menu is pretty extensive, lots of options. I ordered the Rum Punch (7.9/10), which was not bad at all, just which the bartender mixed it a little more but other than that not a bad cocktail. For the entrees, we order the Italian Beef Combo with Fries + additional Giardiniera peppers, Onions, Marinara sauce and also the Catfish Dinner. For the Italian Beef Combo, I can give it an adequate 8.0/10 rating. The Italian Sausage was charred well, Beef was cooked to good consistency, would just wish they used a different bread as it did have an after taste from being toasted I assume. Fries were pretty good though. Overall, this place was not bad at all. They had a bunch of games going so we were able to chill at the bar, enjoy a bite, and have a chill ending to our night. Pricing isn't the worst I have seen, especially in the city of Chicago, but I would look at menu before hand online. Just heads up, if wanting to split, they can split check but not by item (apparently they have to get manager to do so). Also shout out to the one worker, checked to make sure our car wasn't outside so it ain't get towed (wasn't our car btw). I like when service goes above and beyond like that to look out for the people they have. I would come back if I wanted to catch a game or event with some people.

Aside from a small service blip where our server delivered the drinks very quickly and then disappeared for a long time without taking our order, everything else went well. The onion rings may very well be house made but I'm not in love with the dipping sauces. The BBQ sauce tastes like Kraft with a shot of hot sauce and the Thousand Island is Thousand Island. The rings themselves are good. The pizza is fine. We got sausage and artichoke and while the amount of artichoke was good there was a paucity of sausage. What sausage there was was very enjoyable but too many pieces of pizza had no sausage at all. That's a problem I've encountered at more than one Chicago pizza place and it only seems to happen with sausage. I don't get it. All in all, not bad.

To start, the space appears to be a traditional Chicago tavern with loud-ish music and a combination of booths and tables. It was a Sunday night and not too busy but the server was a little slow getting to us but was pleasant and reasonably knowledgable about the menu. The beer and drink selections were solid. We started with the pierogi platter and the cheddar waffle fries. The Pierogi were pretty standard, pan crisped, and served on top of sauerkraut with two sauces. They were somewhat flavorless and we we couldn't really tell the mushroom and sauerkraut from the meat at first glance after cutting into them. The cheddar waffle fries were smothered in what appeared to be a béchamel based cheddar sauce which was grainy and not well seasoned. The fries themselves weren't salted at all. Given that nearly all the topping was within the middle 1/2 of the plate, this left many fries being somewhat flavorless. The topping of bacon and green onions helped give it a much needed boost of flavor but we couldn't quite overcome the bland sauce (instead of shredded cheddar) over the fries. We then had the Marco's thin crust tavern style pizza. The cheese was mostly in the middle of the pizza and laid on thick while the edge pieces lacked topping and cheese. The topping were decent but unremarkable. The crust unfortunately fell completely flat. It was thin, which was nice, but it tasted like a Saltine cracker more than pizza crust. I know many people love Flo and Santos for their pizza but we were unimpressed by this outing. The pizza didn't really improve being reheated or even cold the next day per my family. Overall, we were very disappointed by our trip there and given the cost of going out these days I doubt we'll be back.

For a local sports bar/tavern, the restaurant boasts a diverse extensive menu to please any appetite. This time I chose the Caesar salad with grilled mahi-mahi. The mahi-mahi was a tad on the salty side, but that's because of the blackened rub spice, so note to self: ask for no blacken next time. Otherwise very fresh crisp romaine lettuce and side dressing. Being 100% Chinese, I admit I'm spoiled when it comes to fish so I highly recommend the mahi here. Accompanied by a fresh cold rosé makes this afternoon brunch a treat! They make more than you can believe which is impressive because there's all kinds of crowds who pass through. For sure everyone wants beer. It's $6 a pint at happy hour. Pretty great for craft beers compared to lots of places it seems. Best one we got was the Bucket Hat. This is a Belgian style witbier. Has notes of bubble gum, coriander, and orange. The food isn't an afterthought so get some of that. It's about $18 for a burger. Vegans have options. Certainly one of these is the Veggie Burger. This is an amazing thing with a spinach patty topped with chipotle tomato marmalade, cremini mushrooms, mixed greens, pickled red onions, and sweet potatoes. All on a fluffy ciabatta bun. The rest of the menu contains meaty stuff. For sure it feels like a place for the hipsters but it's pretty great for anyone. It's located at the intersection of Jackson and Wabash close to lots of fun. The brewery has food that's better than expected but many other things about this kind of stuff are typical.

We ordered a delicious dish of WSC Cheese Sticks (made with Wisconsin brick cheese and marinara). We then each ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap, consisting of crispy chicken, romaine lettuce, parmigiano Reggiano, and house chips. We both upgraded our chips to French fries. I thought the food was good (not excellent but not bland like other reviews stated). The best part of the experience is the vibe in the space. There were also protests in the area earlier in the day so many of the non-hotel guests in the Game Room were from that (as we could tell from the signs they had with them). Even if you go to the Game Room website (https://www.gameroomchi.com), you're in for some fun just getting into the website. While there were more exciting places to be in Chicago, for a hotel guest or someone in the area, this was a fun place to hang out, grab a bite, play some board games, and watch some games on TV. Certainly recommend it!
