The rep that came out for the estimate was kind and knowledgeable. Their prices were competitive and they did good work on our ceramic floors. We called about a light haze in areas and they immediately offered to come back out to make it right. We have had other work being done on the house, so we have not had them out yet, but they have been following up with my husband every few days to make sure we get them scheduled to come back out. We all know that mistakes happen and it's how you correct them that makes all the difference, so I am extremely happy with their service.

You can get approximate quotes via email or even right on the website, and they send plenty of reminders and updates leading up to the appointment, even a day of notification letting you know your cleaner is on the way. Jerry arrived right on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He wore booties to protect the carpet and was able to quote me on a king headboard and our dining room chair seats that didn't really have preset pricing online. In about 2 or so hours he cleaned 2 large rugs, a large sectional, dining room chair seats, and a king headboard. Pricing felt very reasonable compared to several other companies I had looked at, and everything looks great so far. The sectional especially looked brighter and the cushions felt more fluffed up afterward. We also had some bubbling in the rugs and the cleaning helped quite a bit with that. The only odd thing I noticed was a slight oily-type smell during cleaning and when walking into the house after leaving and coming back, but it dissipated and none of the actual furniture smells like that. There really isn't much of a scent at all. I think I was expecting some kind of fresh fragrance, but this was also our first time having furniture professionally cleaned, so maybe that's not even a thing. Overall, easy booking, great communication, fair pricing, and professional service. I'd definitely use Hart's again and would recommend them.
