By this point I'd gotten enough education around a/c issues that I decided I needed to just call someone completely new and see if he'll listen. Tommy listened and walked me through some things first to help. Then he got someone out to tell me what's going on. He was honest about everything before work started. Hit a snag later on but let me know not to worry he'd make sure we got air going. He did that and the price was fair and not a cent more then what he told me it would be. the house is finally cooling like it did when I bought it.

They then patched the hole and scheduled to come back a few days later and replaced the duct without issue for an affordable price. I had called three other companies and had them all over to evaluate and replace the duct and each company kept quoting me a whole new AC. I appreciate Competition because they saw the issue and fixed it, not trying to upsell or try to convince me my working AC is a dud. They are a family business, who do the work. I asked around our neighborhood for recommendations but struck out for the type of work I needed to get done. So I tried Yelp and a few contractors responded with 2 coming out in person to provide quotes. The first person who came said he'll provide a quote that same night...but didn't do so until a couple of days later. Ramon from R R Restoration came over the following day and provided a quote that same night. I contacted another contractor to make sure the quoted price was competitive and he said it was...so we chose Ramon and his crew from R R Restoration to do the work. The work consisted of repairing a "tape bubble" on drywall, prepping and repainting a door frame and garage trim as well as repairing and re-staining a couple of exterior shutters. All the work was done professionally and Ramon was there all throughout the project. We were so satisfied with their work that we had them come back to replace some floor tiles we noticed had cracked (poor install by the builder). They did an excellent job with the tile work too! We've been impressed by their professionalism, expertise in various types of jobs, the quality of their work and the competitive bids. Highly recommend R R Restoration!

I had the misfortune of engaging this company to do several jobs for me. The first one, building a…read morenew pump house for my well, went smoothly and appears to be a decent job. Also, the flashing on my deck roof and a joint of gutter are holding up. That is the last of the projects I'm happy with. A window in my storage shed was leaking and JAG made an attempt at repair. Not only does the repair look bad, it still leaks. I had Jess reattach some soffit under an eave and it started falling back down almost immediately. They built a small deck in my backyard using (actually misusing) concrete deck blocks. As common sense or instructions would tell anyone with half a brain, the deck blocks should be level before you start building. That's Foundations 101 material! Instead, Jess & Co threw the blocks on top of the ground and proceeded to assemble the frame and apply decking. This left the surface unlevel, and they decided leveling was best done with unsightly shims. This is simply substandard work. Despite my qualms about the work done, I paid for all these tasks. Jess assured me he would take care of things. While trying to get him to do that, I contracted for one final job which consisted of digging a 30' trench to lay electrical cable, laying that cable and installing and connecting a circuit breaker. While the trench was dug, it was shallow and short of where I needed it to be. I wasn't insistent on National Electrical Code depth for the trench, but it was less than six inches deep! His justification? "A hand dug ditch is going to look less attractive than a machine. That is solid rock after 8 to 12 inches. Using a trencher would have upped your cost a bit more. I was just keeping it cost effective for you." He didn't bother to consult me about that "bit" of cost, and had earlier mentioned bringing in his "machine." Also, while the cable was laid and actually run into the breaker box, the box was not in any way sealed around the knockout. And while nothing was said to me about it, the breaker was never installed and the connection was obviously not made. I did not (and will not) pay for this "job" that ***I HAD TO FINISH!*** Despite a promising start, the overall quality of the work was far from acceptable. Excuses were as plentiful as the offers to come make things right that were always somehow delayed. Jess did manage to send his wife out for a check for the last job, though. They don't care at all about doing quality work, and certainly aren't concerned with customer satisfaction. If you're looking to get some repairs or new projects done, find a group of meth-heads with tools and you can have the experience I had with JAG Enterprises. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, look elsewhere.

He asked why I wanted a "structural engineer" and said that "no one would help me since my home was under warranty" I explained as homeowners we were very concerned about our foundation because of broken tile, and several cracks we saw within a few months of purchasing our new home. He was very rude and raised his voice to me and said "you need to get a lawyer" Thankfully I found a reputable company to help me that was more than helpful and didn't treat me like a moron. *After a response from the owner stating that the gentleman was on a job site and raised his voice because it was noises & that he was trying to steer me in the right direction. I must say that I heard no background "job site" noise at all and the the person on the phone was adversarial and downright rude. I can tell the difference between someone being helpful and someone being rude. He also stated he wouldn't give me the name of his structural engineer, after I asked for it. Certainly not the professionalism that I expected or received from the other foundation repair companies I've spoken to or worked with in my professional life. A simple apology would be better than an excuse, sir. I stand by my initial review.

I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to completely redo the flower beds after they were done, but they put everything back together remarkably well.
