I love this bar! It's so comfy and welcoming. The owners are amazing! It's family owned. A am in love with the pool table room! It's actually really big inside for a small bar.. I definitely will be back...

Even though they still don't have couches, this place is still the best to be at when you want to have a great time. This is a bar for anyone and anything, I am a local drunk here, even sometimes I don't drink I come in to catch a movie or a sports event and the folks here make it even more entertaining.. the bartenders here are awesome, Matt, Diego, Stefan, Adolfo, and even my 4th best friend Brandon, who lately I've seen some people call him out for having a bad day or just standing up to someone who may not have known his place when it came to banter and bar talk. In any case, if you want to have some drinks and decompress a little, come in to the place where everyone knows your name, except when they call you by some other dándome name to keep you on your toes...

Awesome hole in the wall dive bar located in the heart of downtown Hayward. The atmosphere is super mellow. Our bartender, Brandon, made our drinks just perfect. Prices are really good on drinks too. There's a pool table in the back and plenty of seating with tv screens around in case you want to catch a game.

The first time I came into this bar, it was evident that this is a safe bar for me to be in alone; the owners and bartenders take care of any creepy or misbehaving people quickly and efficiently. The bartenders are fun and a little sarcastic. It makes for a fun time and a great atmosphere. Drinks are cheap, the jukebox is loud, and the regulars are fun! Definitely hit it up if you want a good time! Plus they allow doggos!

Bartender was a jerk and said last call was over an hour before close. I suspect because we weren't regulars.

There are 2 Dirty Bird's here. The lounge at street level and the speakeasy Dirty Bird of Paradise downstairs with limited hours. Cool barrel shape entry to the lounge with lots of couches and short tables with the main bar in the back. There is a massive patio in the back through the doors and to the left. For a local neighborhood bar they had a very good tequila selection along with other spirits and beer, beer, of course. Nice selection of house cocktails also. It can get pretty loud in there especially when the bros are yelling at the TV airing football or the drunk ladies taking way to many shots. There is a separate food business around the corner from the bar called Tailfeather Kitchen with a pretty good menu. We had the megherita pizza. Order and pay, get a number, sit somewhere and the food comes out. On this Sunday afternoon it appeared there might have been a one or two dads where it was "their weekend", given a couple of kids hanging out with a the babysitting tablet. Music selection was very upbeat and nice happy hour specials. There is a space for live musicians but not the day we were there. Solid 4.

Infact this is the first time I've been here since they opened the lower level and the lower level is definitely a dope addition. They have two separate drink menus for both levels and they also recheck ID for entering the lower level. Music here is always on point. They do a great job of mixing it up from classic bay area, to classic hip-hop and RNB and then back to current hip-hop and RNB. Drinks are usually hit or miss but bartenders, at least the lower level ones, are gorgeous babes. Of course I'll be back, even if I gave it and average rating it's still a good spot like I previously mentioned.

"Somewhere fun" was my response, and my partner delivered; a short while later we arrived at Turf Club. What a fun and lively place indeed! Everyone looked like they were having a great time, including the bar staff. Our bartender Tony was a breath of fresh air - friendly and unpretentious. He made us some yummy drinks and checked in on us regularly. It wasn't long before Tony and we were all belting out "Smells Like Teen Spirit" together - ah, the fast friendships that form over a bar top. We put on some other tunes on the jukebox as well, and had a blast. No kitchen, but they do have a vending machine with various snacks. Very nice, expansive patio in the back, and they have live music. Such a fun spot, and we will absolutely return.

Andrea kept saying she wanted to go some place fun. Well this was it!!!! Upon walking in there is one of the longest wooden bars I've seen. We found a couple seats almost to the far end and ordered drinks from our bartender Tony. More about Tony later. The Touch Tunes digital jukebox was rocking the whole night from "Teen Spirit" to "Neon Moon" with the aforementioned bartender, Tony, singing away, and dancing as well as most of the other patrons. A little exploring past the bar is a huge room with several electronic dartboards and continuing further is a good size outdoor patio with another bar. This patio looks over a pretty good size stage and seating area. The band was packing up when we got there so not sure what they were playing. Inside at the bar is a huge screen displaying the stage. There where signs for hot dogs but I think they where out. They did have a vending machine for chips, M&M's and other assorted healthy bar snacks. So drinks were good and Tony kept checking to make sure we were ok as well as another bartender who brought out baskets of popcorn for everyone. We will be back to this place for sure!!!

Decided to come here because I've been wanting to come to a hookah bar for a while ever since I went to Miami!! My coworker said this was the place to go and man it was such a vibe walking in. My friends and I arrived a little before 9 and the bartender told us happy hour ends at 9 so what did we do? We ordered as many drinks as we could before it hit 9 o'clock lol. Also the hookah didn't start till 9 so we had time to kill lol. Then we found out there was food in the back to like can this place get any better?? I ordered myself fried chicken with fries while we waited for the hookah to be brought to us. It was $20 per plate which was not bad since they served a huge amount of food and it was cooked freshly. I love fresh cooked food that's the best! Outside in the back is where the food and where to pay for the hookah too, we decided to get watermelon flavor, great choice!! It only was $30 for the hookah which is not bad at all, good pricing if you ask me! The type of music they were playing was like 2000 music which I love, I grew up listening to that music it was such a vibe all night! It's took like 10-15 minutes to get our food and man that food was soooo good and fresh I loved it!! Right after we got our Hooka and it was soo flavorful but not too heavy so it was more like a light head rush. The man in charge of the Hookah would come around and make sure we had enough hookah and would switch out the old square cubes and replace them with new one for us! Overall I loved this place the bartender was great customer service, music was such a vibe, food was great, and to top it off the hookah was on point!!

I…read morestill feel there is a nice purpose and certain times these can be a non-fussy way to chill and enjoy the company you're with. I've never hung out here at night, when DJs are here. But I've been in about a half dozen times during the day hours, either hanging out with friends before or after visiting a restaurant in the neighborhood. Anytime I've been in, its been pretty chill, always room on the bartop, some lounging/couch areas if you prefer. Drinks are dive bar cheap which is my comfort zone, but that is not to say that people only drink cheap sh%# here. You can drink whatever you want, but their pricing is just super fair and non-gouging. I'm sure there are lounge-ier spots within these blocks that want to charge $15-$18 per drink, but I'm not about that noise, never have been. The thing I really like about this dive is their sound system, even from their jukebox. It is always so clear and encompassing, even when the music is at a loud level. Other bars, if the accoustics are wrong, then loud music can be intrusive and/or irritating. Not here, maybe the big space is good for that, but I also think they have super nice speakers in the right spots to surround you with cool tunes. And I like music from many genres so even when other people are playing their music, I can still have a good time. And a couple of drinks with some good company, with some good nostalgic tunes on blast, I just can't help but have only good times here. I'll dive back here without hezzy.
