He really made the color pop and selected a color that was complimentary with my skin tone. And the cut, wow! My hair tends to be a bit fine. However, after he got done cutting, it looked fabulous. And, I was able to style it the next morning. (That never happens!) He's a mathematician and understands the lines and angles needed to get your hair to lie the way you want it. I didn't know very much about extensions, the different types, applications etc. After much research one thing I did find out is not every stylist who can 'install' extensions can cut or blend them into your hair correctly, or comfortably. One thing I know for sure is Rachel CAN cut/blend and she does it beautifully. She made me feel confident in her ability. I was apprehensive about the blowout, but the results were absolutely amazing and my hair looked really shiny, rich, natural and fabulous. I got so many compliments on my hair since, and I really should be making an appointment for another soon. The only drawback to the blowout was that it didn't last as long as the japanese straightening technique, but it definitely was better for my hair.
