Mayra is the owner and did a terrific job. I showed her photos of what I was looking for and she was open to alterations. My hair usually doesn't hold a curl but she did a great job and my hair and makeup remained intact for the duration of the wedding. Lash out loud is located on bustling downtown Los Gatos. Detailed review: Why I like it: the aesthetic is warm and not as sterile as the other Los Gatos Salons I've been to. While the vibe is black and white, there is beautiful rattan furniture that warms up the space. Aesthetic is important LOL we are sitting here for hours getting our hair done and it's important things are nice. The chairs are incredibly comfortable. This is a big one because again; I'm sitting here for hours! The bathroom is big, has neat wallpaper and always clean. The music: love it! Isn't the same music day after day. As a bride, you want to feel confident on your wedding day and I was so excited to work with her. She tried to play it off that she had the wrong day which was just a straight up lie, there was a contract and everything.
