Other salons that I've been to have faster service and know how to prioritize who they should take next. I have long hair but other people don't take a long time to do it. I was pretty much the first customer they had but I ended up being skipped multiple times throughout the time here. Better off taking my business elsewhere.

I was hesitant and haven't visited a salon in years because I have this experience over and over (curls not staying due to very straight hair). It turns out Joanny left the salon for I guess her lunch break and Yanet was the one who attended me. The curls looked terrible. She put a lot of oil on my hair even though I told her I wanted volume for my already thin hair. The curls lasted 45 minutes. I called and they told me to come back to fix it. I couldn't come back because I had no time as I was going to an event after picking up my son. My hair looked worse than how I got to the salon, wasted my time and was $50 short. For curls only. No wash or treatments. They didn't even give me a receipt. Stay away. This place will go out of business on their own. Wouldn't be surprised if they are stealing from the owner.
