They were pretty much booked due to the holidays but they asked if someone had allergies. I explained that my baby has some food intolerances so I had to avoid certain allergens while I'm still nursing her. The owner was very accommodating and said I could order a confetti cake ready to pick up on my daughter's birthday. Everyone was very impressed with how beautiful the cake looked. It tasted as you would expect a confetti cake to taste even being dairy-free. I highly recommend ordering desserts from here, especially if you need allergy friendly treats for special occasions.

What I believed happened is that you made it for the initial date and it went into the refrigerator until my wife was able to pick it up which is why the filling was black/brown. For the price and size of the cake, this was disappointing. Just sharing MY experience. Note: The slice of cake was cut the same day it was picked up. It did not oxidize instantly. Receiving a texted coupon for 15% off my order, I was excited to use it since I needed a birthday cake. Though there was an online code, I could not use the discount online. I called the shop several times, but there was no answer, and I even left a voice message but never heard a call back. Finally I noticed there was number on the website to text so I did, and got a response. The response was that it was too late to order the cake, and the coupon couldn't be used online ordering system because the online ordering system was different from what was used in the store. BUT I was told I can still call my order in and pay in advance over the phone to get the 15% discount if I still wanted cupcakes, and if the store didn't answer, the person sending the text said he/she would contact the store. I appreciated that kind gesture. The next morning, I settled for cupcakes and decided to call the order in and pick up the cupcakes in the afternoon since I had no time that morning to go to the store. But lo and behold, I called and again no one answered. I texted the same number from the day before and a response came back that they would contact the store to give me a call. I checked in by calling the store two more times and still no answer. And no one called back that afternoon either. Sadly, I had to give up, but was glad to give business to a way more responsive bakery with delicious cakes.
