Worth every penny for a clean,thorough and almost pain free sugaring. I have been waxed with soft and hard wax as well as sugared before. The first sugaring I had at another company was horrible, painful and the person missed a bunch of hair. This place is close to home.Melissa is Friendly and also told me some of the recommendations that she has for people with course hair. I absolutely reccomend getting your sugaring done here. Some reviews report missed hair but she hands you a mirror at the end for inspection. I found when I got home only one tiny stray hair and it was too short for the sugar to grab. I'm sure you have enough time to inspect and ask for spots to be redone. I know I was given ample time to inspect.People are human and 1 or 2 is okay by me especially compared to what has been left behind in the past at other places.. It's been almost a week and I am still super smooth compared to treatments at other places. Melissa is the greatest! I've been sugaring on and off for a few years but ever since I started going to Melissa I will never go back to shaving ever again. Melissa makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. It's so great when she explains the benefits of sugaring. Not only is sugaring natural and more eco friendly than wasting razors or wax strip but sugaring makes hair grow back softer and much less frequent. When I used to shave, my hair would grow back within the next day or so and it would be as prickly as a cactus but with sugaring, it takes weeks to grow back and when it does grow back I don't even notice because it grows back much softer and thinner. Benefits also include less skin irritation and ingrown hairs. I actually haven't had one ingrown hair since I've gone to Melissa. She does an excellent job with everything. I highly encourage everyone to get in contact with her and schedule your next appointment. If you've never experienced waxing or sugaring don't be nervous, Melissa will take care of you and walk you through the process step by step. I was so so scared when i first came in, and this would be my first Brazilian waxing ever!! but Melissa was so kind and informative, and really made me comfortable. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and she had me talking the whole time to keep my mind off the discomfort of ripping my hair from my nether regions. I'm a middleastern lady, and our hair is thick and there's a lot of it, so when i say it wasn't ad based as i expected, that's saying a lot! When it was all over, i didn't feel any skin discomfort and there was no redness or sensitivity! This was a really good experience. The room was clean and Melissa was very friendly. I tried laser hair removal for my shoulders in the past and it just didn't seem to work. This takes a lot less time and you get to see the results right away. read more

The worst experience from the beginning to the end. Let me start with saying that when I got on the table I felt it being wet underneath the paper she put on top. I told her that the table feels wet to which she replied "oh yeah but the paper is clean, it's probably from the girl before you, let me just put a little towel there"..... yeah, sure... to say I was grossed out is to say nothing. The sugaring part itself was ok, besides the fact that she made a couple of comments about my hair that I feel like she should have kept to herself. And then the part when she would just spray me with cold water without warning was weird. But the worst part for me was when I got home and took a closer look at the job she did. Even though she did give me a mirror when she was done I didn't pay too much attention to detail (which I should have, so my bad) since I just wanted to get out of there asap. When I got home, I discovered what a horrible job she did and totally missed some spots, for example one side looked ok, and the other side looked like she just decided to skip it. I've done sugaring before and I know that they can do a much better job than that. Lastly, the fact that she didn't leave the room to let me put my clothes back on bothered me.
