The main ingredients that they use in every Sultan Wok & Sushi (Matawan, Eatontown, Englishtown, Sayreville.... u name it...., it is proximately 10 kitchenspoon of Mono sodium Glutamate!!!! for the "secret souce". and when they cock the food the put another or two of mono sodium glutamate. of course I know cause it made in front my both eye ball and my nut sack...... don't waste ur money.... read more

It had good filling, but my regret was just ordering "egg-roll"and neglected being more specific to order pork eggroll or shrimp egg roll. My husband's hot and sour soup had mushrooms and tofu. It was brown and color with pizzazz but not spicy. Also had had fresh carrots and celery. I wasn't keen on my first spoonful but by the second or third I was devouring it and enjoyed it. My husband had mentioned that their Customer Service is a little above the ordinary. They consistently treat him with kindness and respect. Both of us value that in today's world, give them a try! You eat inside too, they offer several tables and a comfortable area to relax and enjoy your meal.
