Nice new location, much larger then the old one. Pretty busy at 5pm on a Friday, they definitely need more wait staff. Good selection of beers, ciders and a full bar. Had the fish and chips, the Friday special at $8.95. Three pieces of fish, not big but not small either, kind of thin, one piece was on the dry side. The fries were a wide sprial cut, nice and crisp on the outside and tender and creamy on the inside. Over all decent bar food and convenient to home. I'd come back. read more

And for the lady, a salad perhaps? Perhaps not. A Philly cheesesteak that was good enough to come straight from philly, and a side of sweet, sweet potatoes fries. So much meat and cheese on that bad boy that she could hardly contain it in that perfectly toasted bun. And as for my burger you ask? Delicious barbecue sauce with meaty perfection on a bun! Let me start with the staff is amazing! Place was packed and waitress was at our table seconds after we sat down and got our beers fast. Food was yuck my husband ordered an avalanche burger medium rare and it was over cooked and the egg on top was over done too not runny. My black bean burger tasted like the Costco ones no biggie but both our buns were cold and not good. The last time we went in and got beers and the big pretzel which wasn't anything special I've had good pretzels but it was like one you get at a baseball game with fake cheese. I love this place. It is very comfortable and well lit. They have a huge parking lot. The beer selection is very good. The food is also very good. The happy hour is the best time to stop in. This place is the worst. Do not plan any type of event with reservations. They will plan and prepare in advance and reserve the tables with you in person. Upon arrival to the pre-agreed upon time of the event the Owner will personally tell you "we stopped doing that, we do not take reservations." Event ruined. However, the attendees started arriving and sitting at various tables, were immediately told to move since those tables are reserved for 'someone who knows the Owner.' This establishment is poorly ran and managed. I will not be back and will not recommend anyone here. Horrible service to top it off from the waitresses. The looks are better than the service. Came in, sat at the bar with a friend of mine on a Wednesday to have their pizza. The pizza is really good. Probably the best in this small town. However I waited roughly 6 minutes for someone to make eye contact and another 10 to place an order. Two of the waitresses were working while one hid behind a wall on her cell phone while we waited to place an order. At one point she was behind the bar eating chicken wings while talking to customers. When the server finally returned, I was then told I couldn't get the Wednesday special-to-go. The difference was $10.00 in price. This is the owner trying to squeeze more money out of already paying customers by forcing them to stay in the establishment longer than they desire. Also, the place is not really welcoming to diversity. No people of color are employed by the bar (I've been twice). The customers are also not diverse. Who knows maybe I would've came every Wednesday for the pizza. Certainly not now. read more

I would like to give zero stars. We came in for lunch. Our waitress had zero personality. She didn't greet us and I had to go to the bar to order lunch. We were sharing a couple of things and maybe she thought our order wasn't big enough. When the appetizer came out she pretty much slammed it on the table. She never made eye contact and looked annoyed to be serving us. We are normally great tippers especially since I spent many years as a server and bartender. I have also been a customer service trainer. We will not return. We left without eating our appetizer and lunch. Went back this morning didn't open till 5 after 7 (supposed to open at 7) waitress unlocked door n walked away. We walked in set down n waited a few minutes watched waitress drop menus on other tables. Got to us gave us menus and proceeded to tell us "she didn't care , she had to work tell midnight and then had to be back at 7". Food was great. I had French toast n ham. Putting a 5 * because I own a business and hate social media and bashing posts that affect our bottomline. Just hoping someone sees this and takes it to heart. Menus are sticky and just need a wipe down. Salt and pepper shakers were EMPTY. Food and drinks were very good and the place was packed, so that's definitely worth a 5. But for cleanliness, maybe a 2. Hard working, nice ladies that didnt make us feel unwelcome as so many bartenders do when they've never seen you before. Our first visit and we'll return! read more

My husband and I went for dinner the other night the only thing that was good was our waitress. Ordered a beer it was warm asked the manager about it he said he he was working on it the funny thing was we stopped there two weeks ago and the beer was warm. Then we ordered a pizza when we got it it wasn't hot and still doughy in the middle sent it back to come back black, the waitress said she felt bad took the pizza and warm beer off our ticket. Terrible. The service was very bad, we had to wait wait and wait. The only good thing on the food was the fried chicken, it was hot and well done. The place is very noisy and the crowd very rough. The people around us were loud using all kinds of vulgar language and took away from our meal. The worst thing to happen when I took the chicken breast home in a cardboard box. wow i finally pulled the trigger and treated myself to a lunch out at the pub.really wanted ham and eggs but missed the cut off for breakfast foods so hey you cant go wrong with a french dip sandwich. well they figured out how to destroy that. 20 bucks for a sandwich and fresh made chips both of wich were so fricken SALTY it was puckering and my mouth and gut are still on fire. i get the salty foods at the pub so people will get thirsty and buy more beer or drinks but WOW that was ridiculous and Im not a fussy eater at all. i cant belive i choked as much of that down as i did with 3 glasses of water. im not one to make a fuss or a scene but i did try to tell the waiter about it and they pretty much ignored me. it really bummes me out as i dont get to treat myself very often at all with going out to eat but as well why does everything have to be a hustle that they have to destroy a good meal to what? trick someone into drinking more, the other big turn off is the long haired slovenly guy walking back and forth behind the bar actually wiped his nose on his dirty tee shirt. thats it they may be fine if you just want to drink [ i dont drink ] but best eat elsewhere or get good and hammered before ordering food there . read more

Very disappointed twice now with dine in service. This had become one our favorite places to eat before covid. Great specials! During covid we had continued with pick up ordering. A few months ago we decided to dine in. I noticed that several of the wait staff was not wearing face coverings correctly including the cooks. One waiter even tested a customers drink by putting a straw in her drink and tasting it....I spoke to the manager and was assured that it would be corrected. Last night we decided to try again.... well same waiter was again not wearing his mask correctly plus another guy that I believe was cleaning tables in between smoke breaks. When the waiter brought us our food I remarked "I see your still not wearing your mask correctly" he just laughed and walked away. I did not see the manager but I guess it wouldn't matter as obviously they are allowing it to happen. I also noticed that the customers also were not be held to the standard of wearing a mask as they walked around ... so sad. read more
