This guy is a scam artist. Luckily I paid him with a credit card(protected sale) and was able to dispute it to not lose my money. See below dispute remarks and events (Let's see what response he makes to this comment as an excuse). Please do not do business with Phil. "Since June 3, 2020(payment made June 2, 2020), I have been in contact with the seller with respect to the delivery/ pick-up of the boat that I had purchased from him and all I received was the run-around. The seller did state after payment was submitted to expect delivery within a week timeframe, which to present day (July 31, 2020) has yet to be fulfilled. After 8 days, something did not seem right as the seller did not keep me posted with respect to updates as initially indicated and therefore, I reached out to him in order to cancel and refund me the money that was paid. The seller ultimately ended up blocking me from Facebook and attempted to seize any and all communication with me. I am pleading with you to assist me with what seems to be a scam as there is no boat or no refund. The seller cannot have both. The seller indicated that he had supposedly given me a date to pick up the boat and that is a lie. Again, it has been almost two months and no item(boat) has been given. The seller initially wanted only cash and I felt more comfortable paying via credit card, because of the protection that it offers. This is all a scam!" read more

This company is a fraud. Complete scammer, he charged an amount, did not provide a policy and did not follow through with delivery and refused a refund. His "driver" openly admitted of faulty breaks and scammed my sister out of $645 for services he did not render. I will post continuously to let the public know that this man will take advantage of who he can take advantage of. He runs businesses faulty and injustice. read more

Xlnt service, phil delivered trailer for free no charge, phil lowered daily rental fee from $150 a day to $20 a day to meet Renters Sean g request. Renter Sean g agreed to allow me to pick up trailer but I couldnt get it back because he had it blocked in with trees and garbage pile. Renter Sean g failed to return trailer on due date and failed to properly clean it as it when it was delivered. see pics as proof of facts. I was warned not to rent to Sean g based on his inability to pay normal rate and after lowering from $150 to $20 a day he still complained and failed to meet contract agreements. Failed to return trailer on due date And renters guys damaged trailer trying to get it out from behind brush pile because renter Sean g had poor planning and wasn't present to address these issues and failed to respond to texts when trailer was due back. In regards to Christmas lights and teresa a she admitted she had a disorder with Excessive thoughts (obsessions) that lead to repetitive behaviors (compulsions). She had us install lights she bought. Then she had us remove and reinstall them 3x because she couldn't decide what she liked. So she had us buy more and didn't like those either. read more

I was apprehensive about giving Watts Up my business when it came to installing my home theater system at my home. But seeing that neither of the previous reviews were about that aspect of their business, I figured I would give them a shot. Phil arrived at my home at the agreed time and had a written estimate for me in a couple of hours and after some adjustments, we agreed on an amount and work was set to start the next day. The following is based off of facts. Pros: Quality speakers Great sound Looks good Initial lead installer was very knowledgeable and efficient Cons: The installation was left incomplete and a mess was left for me to clean up. I was told prior to the installers leaving, that they would return the following day. They, however, never returned as promised. This resulted in me having to clean up drywall dust, insulation, and fingerprints. I do not understand why this was not done prior to them leaving. One of the installers had actually fell asleep in the truck while the other attempted to connect my receiver. This was witnessed by my daughter and I. I sent photos of the mess to Phil and he apologized and promised to adjust the invoice for my inconvenience. I was told that my receiver was bad and that I would have to purchase a new one. After they left I connected the receiver correctly and it worked fine. The only issue was that speaker wires were not identified and were connected incorrectly. House was left smelling like cigarette smoke because both installers smoked outside and brought the smell in with them. They also left doors open during the install, which resulted in a large amount of flies being let into the house. The wrong cable was ordered to extend the cable from the kinects camera to the Xbox One in the closet. I was told that they would come back out to complete it once "I" purchased the correct one. Bottom line is that although I am happy with the end result, with the exception of the kinects still not working, I cannot whole heartedly recommend this company. The work was left incomplete, a mess was left for me to clean up, and a promise to adjust the invoice for the issues I had was later denied. I would elaborate but I was threatened with legal action for my original review so I updated it to reflect my opinion and my opinion only. dont do busisness with this company. you will be expected to pay for the product, then receive it 3 months later. the product breaks down(i bought a motorcycle, from phil, and it still wont stay running) he will flirt with you if you are a woman. i didnt receive the pink slip on my motorcycle, until 2 months later, then found out it is not only 3 years behind, but will cost over 650.00..this company is a rip off..i suggest you go elsewhere read more
