I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.

They reached out by text and through the app and were available to answer any questions I had. I chose their available time frame and unfortunately they showed up later than anticipated. However, when the two maids showed up and started working immediately and didn't rest. At this rate I felt I was the one being lazy so I started cleaning right alongside them in another room. They were friendly although I wish they took more care with some of the items. Like in my kitchen, instead of moving things over in an orderly manner, she just kind of tossed everything in an area to clean. So some things spilled out due to this. For the first cleaning two maids showed up to clean. They cleaned my kitchen floor with my broom which was used as a mop & destroyed. I was told it would be replaced and it has not been replaced. For the second cleaning, which was supposed to be covered by the initial estimate Iris showed up and we discussed what still needed to be cleaned. They stayed for 4 hours. What I consider cleaning apparently is not covered under cleaning at all. The 3 person team was here for 4 hours and things are still not cleaned. A team was supposed to show up today Sat 12/21/24 to finish up & never showed and I was not contacted at all. The maids speak minimal English even if you request maids who speak good English. They are very difficult to communicate with. The solution from Iris is to call or text her & she will let the maids know what needs to be done. I am now back on Yelp trying to get a maid service that will clean my apartment the way I expect. I will pay the agreed price, but not a charge whatever you want when you come. After the three person crew (non english speaking) came to start cleaning, Iris calls to tell me I needed a deep cleaning and quotes me a price $90 more added to what we agreed to previously through another email , then they start cleaning. (approx.90 mins.) Iris tells me she would prefer cash so I go to the bank and get cash. When I get back the crew is already outside my apartment, I'm assuming, anxious to get to their next appointment. I pay them, take two bags of trash while escorting the "cleaning crew" to the garage then go to work. I come back later that evening, planning on moving back in to notice the only part of the cleaning that was actually finished was the vacuuming, the pics show that the three person crew did not complete what was agreed to, wiping cabinet surfaces, moping floors correctly, etc,etc?!( See pics.)
