I've driven by this spot so many times and I recently went in to check it out, I'm so glad I did. I went in the first time for Black Friday, so many good deals!!! They have my usual favorites I've purchased from other dispensaries and more I've not seen before. Everyone was nice each time I've been in there. They have a wide variety of all the things such as flower, cartridges, joints, and treats. I feel pricing is fair for what you get especially since they usually have deals going. I'm on vacation with my wife and her family. I am a permanent resident so I always carry 3 forms of ID w me, thankfully. I go in show my state id- get accused of having a fake state ID from Illinois so I showed my drivers license, again got told they were fake and they will take them. I said they are not fake and I will argue with you because I just got those ((the real id)) so I showed my residence card and AGAIN HES NOT SURE (totally understandable) eventually he lets me go in. I totally get it it's fine but then My wife comes in, gets let in no problem. We are walking around and Then same asshole with a bandana around his head comes up and says my wife's id is fake WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT. They bring some other ass hole up to look at her I'd again- he says they won't take it bc it's fake. Even tho we r married have the same address and her parents are in the car who can also verify. If I'm using a fake ID I would make myself younger her than 31 and my wife younger than 27. She GOT TURNED AWAY I should've taken my buisness elsewhere but we are on a time crunch. Imagine the trouble we would've gone tru to get the exact same fake id. As I'm walking around I feel like this place is probably actually selling to minors and recently got caught, the transaction even felt sketchy. I go look at their reviews- horrible. And yelp tells me they are an unverified licensed buisness.i regret my purchase and will stay away from the chain in general. Wish I could give zero stars. Please look up the Illinois ID and make your staff familiar with their IDs. The guy said they have an emblem on the id that does not exist in any other of our family members ID. Guess All 6 of us have fakes. They sell scanners to verify and they also sell books with all the state IDs I would know because I'm a bartender and have to check IDs constantly. Flipping dicks. I was curious if they were open on New Year's Eve and I called this location to confirm wether they were open or not. The man who picked up the phone, rudely cut me off before I could even finish asking the question and then proceeded to hang up on me before I even finished my sentence! I felt very disrespected and would not recommend this particular location for sweet spot, the og one never fails. read more

I visited the Spot on Sat the 25th around 3:30pm. The guy @ the front desk was such an ahole....I imagine he is bad for business! He was assisting an older women who had lots of questions about THEIR products, which he begrudgingly answered. Even the questions asked by his OWN coworker were very short and rude. I purchased a package of 20 thc tablets and the package came with 17 whole tabs and 1 crushed one. When I brought it back the person who worked there basically just said "bummer". (I wouldn't normally care but it was $50) I can't recommend it after that. read more

The Sweet Spot ADVERTISED for a BOGO Buy one Get one of a product that had their vendor there. When I came in to get it, they said it was a misprint & that it would be only a 20% discount. Now, this was the day BEFORE 4/20. Why go to a Dispensary the day before everyone else in the County is having specials. That ad, got me in the door, but they did not honor the advertisement, nor offer anything for compensation. No manager was on duty either. Excuse me, but when a Vendor is there & aware of this FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, shouldn't there be someone in charge? When I asked about certain prerolls, the sales person had no knowledge of the item!
