Later our food came out and the disappointment began. Let me start by saying the portions were large. I was quite surprised. But sadly the rest of my Marsala was not good. It was a stronger Marsala than usual I think and it literally tasted of black pepper. When I looked at it, I could literally see the large black pepper flakes throughout. The pasta was spaghetti in the brown Marsala sauce. But the chicken was the step too far for me. It has zero flavor, only made worst by the texture. I struggle to describe it, because I don't want to sound mean by using the word that comes to mind but I don't know how else to describe it. I guess the only other way to describe it is slick. The outside of the chicken literally has a slick feel to it. Like a greasy slippery feel /texture. It was like a raw oyster feel. I literally couldn't eat it and it made me feel ill to think about it. My husband said the pizza was "okay. No better than take out pizza." After I tried the chicken, We immediately paid and left.
