This most recent visit had me adding in a bottle of strawberry balsamic and I cannot wait to knock a salad out of the park with this stuff. I also added in a house-made lemon/basil/garlic olive oil blend that made a recent risotto of mine devastatingly fantastic. I walked in curious; I walked out with three bottles and tons of ideas. Super-friendly service and they're always helpful if you have questions about pairings or flavor profiles. I love the layout as well as the local goods that you can get, such as honeys, jams, or pasta.
