I am a bit surprised by some of the reviews on here and frankly not sure all the pictures on here are of the same company. However I am a former tenant and I have to say The Team Real Estate Group is a great company to rent from. They have great response time on maintenance issues. The staff is friendly and proactive and they genuinely seem to care about their tenants and not just representing the owners. Their tenant portal system makes it easy to access them 24/7 but they were always available by phone or in person if needed. I have since moved out of the Orlando area but they are the best property management company I ever dealt with (been renting for over 15 years). I felt like they cared about their tenants and their properties. (The reviews not being shown sound much more like the experience I had if that helps). read more

We've been renting since April and it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone. We have been without a/c in our home for 2 weeks now and all we are being told is that a part has to be ordered. We waited for the part to come in and installed only to be told another part has to be ordered.... in the HOT Florida weather to go without a/c for 2+ weeks and to pay premium rental prices this is ridiculous. If you don't mind being ignored and having your issues put off consistently then by all means rent from Team Real Estate. read more
