My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. The keys aren't even the same and extremely pricey without a single waive allowed. We pay several hundred dollars in semi-annual fees but can't even get keys for the amenities. I also requested over a year ago to remove a name off the letters they send me and they continue to include names when I'm the only on the deed. The agents I speak with are always nice but can never do anything about complaints or issues with our community because "they only collect the money". Very disappointed and frustrated for several reasons with our management company.
