I had heard about The Ticket Clinic for yearsssss. I never trusted it. I would see advertisements on billboards and assume they were money grabs. Interestingly, I met my new boyfriend at the time and he got a ticket. He waited, to me, what seemed like the last minute to take care of it. I asked him why did you wait so long to take care of it? With the utmost confidence, he answered, "I forgot about it BUT I don't worry. I use The Ticket Clinic!" I looked at him in disbelief like, 'Really? So irresponsible' (LOL). Fast forward a couple years later he got another ticket (Huhhhhh). He used The Ticket Clinic and AGAIN the ticket was dismissed. I still didn't believe I would ever use this company. I handled my own business thank you very much. Another year goes by and I'm on vacation. A ride-share woman blasts through a red light to get me to the airport on time. I said ummmm you're gonna get a ticket for that. She laughed and apologized but went on to tell me she really was just trying to make the light in time for me to not miss my flight ( 'Cause I WAS about to miss it) and continued telling me this detailed story about her arriving to the States and not being used to the driving rules all the way. She felt horrible getting a ticket, not wanting to be judged and considered careless. She said The Ticket Clinic helped her! And ever since, The Ticket Clinic has been her saving grace with traffic violations (LOL). I just could not with her. But she assured me that my now fiance was right all those years and that The Ticket Clinic would have my back if I ever needed them. Well, here I am writing this way too long review to tell you, that I had to use them! Yes ME!!!! And... The Ticket Clinic works! Now if this unbelieving person used them and is writing a review, you can TRUST this review. Not encouraging deviant driving behavior but uhhhh hey, sometimes the skeptic even gets a ticket! The process with this company was confident, affirming, professional, and personable, and ... it WORKS! $250.00 for those who are worried about the price. No point on my driving record either. Went into contract with Ticket Clinic 3 months ago. They never assigned my speeding ticket case to an attorney. Then when I got notice from the state and requested they take action, they requested an extension with the court, or so they said, they would not give me proof of this extention. They they finally issued the case to a contracted representative called Ticket busters. They would not give me a straight answer and I do not trust them. I don't believe they would have represented my case truthfully as they never did do anything to represent me. This was a waste of time and money. I understand they can't promise 100% success, but for a company that promises so high (and tells me that my case is very typical and easy) they suck. No communication at all, paid $300 to have to beg to be told anything, only to get an email saying "yeah the judge looked at all the evidence the cop gave and all the evidence we gave and decided you're at fault still. Go pay the court $300." So obviously I want to know what evidence the cop had and more importantly, WHAT EVIDENCE THIS LAWYER I'VE NEVER SPOKEN WITH HAD?? I've called 3 times in the past month, they claim they've sent notices to the lawyer that I want to talk, but still no word. This makes me feel like the lawyer went in there and just rolled over. It was a simple speeding ticket. I should have been given traffic school at most. Now this "lawyer" is MIA and my due date for the fine is coming up but I really don't want to pay until I've seen that this lawyer did his due diligence. Please do not waste any of your money if you have a red light camera ticket do not pay the ticket clinic. They did absolutely nothing for me. I paid the exact same amount that I would have paid without fighting the ticket. They charge me 399 to fight the ticket now. I owe 399+496 total 895. I could have just paid the 496. The attorney didn't even bother to reduce the fine. I was put on a payment plan which I wasn't even told about. I just happen to look online and find out that I was found guilty. I paid 250 to the ticket clinic to represent me in court for a speeding ticket. the only thing they asked from me was my citation number and payment. That should have been a concern but I thought i'd have been contacted by the lawyer to get details in regards to my case. a month passes by, no communication from the lawyer assigned to my case, then passes my court date. nothing from the clinic, radio silence. then two weeks later I get an email with a pdf stating they have my results. The lawyer pleads no contest and I get slapped with a 370 court fee including traffic school on top of the ticket cost. I would have been ok if they even contacted me once to talk about my case, but from the fact that I was not contacted at all tells me that they are a churn and burn kinda firm and will do you the bare minimum if even that. It would have been a better and cheaper option to have not hired them to handle my ticket and take traffic school. Don't make the same mistake I did, find you a place that will actually speak with you about your case rather than just take your money and do what you could've done for free. Pros: + You get some hope Cons: - Your hope burns up in a fiery blaze never to be seen again. -You burn more money than you'd have burned just paying the ticket without them. read more

I received this ticket before Covid, so to be diligent on my behalf and wanting to provide them every chance to be successful, I reached out to them when I felt necessary, via email, they always responded back, professionally. I always recommend TTC to friends, relatives, and anyone I know that has a ticket, gotten a ticket or will get a ticket. You will pay around the same price as the ticket fine but you're better off having the ticket removed from your record.anyhow I have had success but they won't guarantee it as they shouldn't. I didn't do my reaches on this clinic a friend refer them to me ( get got his ticket dismissed) so I went ahead and gave them a call (2021), my husband got a "speeding" ticket, since he is a city worker with a class A license he couldn't have points, after couple months ( they would keep me updated via email) it was dismissed.. was satisfied! I hired them for my Stop Sign ticket. After 4 months and they told me sorry we couldn't get rid of your ticket because the police officer showed up. Aren't you supposed to have a strategy even if the police officer showed up? Did you call and ask me what circumstances so we can get a reduced fine? This was my first time using The Ticket Clinic and it was worth every penny. They handled everything about my case. After sending them a copy of my alleged speeding ticket and their very reasonable fee (~equal to the fine of the ticket) they took over the process and I never had to lift a finger. They sent me email updates whenever there was movement on my case and 2 years after I got the ticket, they were able to get it dismissed with no points on my record or conviction. Based on other reviews, they may not even give you accurate information, either. Update: So it turns out that red light camera tickets are really hard to win. They never explained this to me at all, just touted their 80% success rate, without bothering to explain their 0% success rate on red light camera tickets. Then they act like they did you a big favor by reducing the cost of the original ticket, despite the fact that you have to pay pretty much the same anyways counting the cost of attorneys.
