Thankfully this place had an available appointment within 24 hours which was awesome as I could barely move my neck. My lady was great at focusing on the neck area and I felt so much better afterwards. Was super relaxing and a great first massage experience for sure. I booked a complete brow makeover (waxing, tinting, and lamination), but honestly, the results weren't for me. The shaping wasn't quite to my liking, and my brows looked almost the same as when I came in, minus some slight irritation from the waxing. But here's the true measure of a standout business: even though I didn't love the results, I loved the experience. My esthetician, Evelin, was careful and intentional with every step. She explained what she was doing, highlighted the benefits, provided a weighted blanket, and made sure everything was safe and sanitized between products. So while I probably won't come back for brows, I would absolutely return for a facial--especially since that seems to be their real specialty.

I would definitely suggest getting the membership because even if you come once, you save some money & you can cancel at any time. I don't always visit every month (you know that life can get busy) so it's nice to know that I can accumulate my credits & go 4 times a month if I have the credits to do so. I always ask for Bertha T. to be my masseuse & I love her so much! She is great & fantastic at what she does!! .... I probably won't ever book anyone else haha. My parents have come a few times here as well & they always say their masseuse was excellent no matter who it was. The Now is clean, welcoming, & very peaceful. Once you check in, your masseuse will ask if there is a specific area of your body you want them to focus on (if not, they can spend time evenly throughout your whole body), if you want any enhancements ( I love the gliding cupping), then they offer you time to undress & get ready for your massage. The blanket was really warm initially, but it started to become very cold . Honestly it could've been because I do get cold very easily and also the stuff Jenna used probably made me feel cooler, which could just be preference and has nothing to do with them at all. There was one incident that I feel like someone else would've reacted differently than I did. The restroom (they only have one and it's in the front) I didn't realize and no one told me until i read a small sign, upon closing the door behind me that the lock was broken :( I had to use the restroom and wanted to do so before getting back on the road, since with pregnancy....well for the ones that get it get it, lol. I wrestled back and forth in my mind on if I should use the restroom or not... I chose not to and just washed my hands to get my mental state back in that "relax mode". I started to wash my hands and a man opened the door and literally got an entire glimpse of me, was startled, and shut the door. Wow....im so happy I wasn't using the restroom. That would've been very very awkward and I wouldn't have known how to even handle that moment. I told the man that it was okay, because of course it wasn't his fault, he didn't know..but Jenna, when I asked her about where the restroom was she told me where and told me that I could use the restroom. I think it would've been nice if she told the front desk staff so that way they could keep an eye out for me. The interaction between the man and I was definitely quite loud and so I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me after, like no apology or anything. Once they saw me they motioned me to check out and grabbed payment. I paid my $180 for the prenatal massage plus tipped Jenna $40, because I really did enjoy her service but there's always room for improvement anywhere :) hopefully they take this as a loving critique. I would hate anyone else to get that restroom experience and actually have been using the restroom.... I didn't say much at the end, but I think I was still in shock. Also, the restrooms don't have body wash, which was surprising. Lastly, the pool is NOT heated and was cold when we went. I do think it should be heated as it would be more enjoyable. I did love that we got 2 complimentary drinks. Either champagne, rose, or a mimosa. I got the mimosa which was good. The locker room itself is small. I enjoyed the snacks they provided. We got a couples massage and it was probably one of the best massages we've both had. The women's locker room was nice and the amenities were clean and worth it.

She's 41, this is her first baby. It will probably be her ONLY baby. The women's body is crazy like that. Happy I'm able to decide what I want to do with my body. Tangent. I booked 2 massages. A maternity one and a regular Swedish massage. My friend goes in right before the appointment time. Perfect! My turn is coming right? Someone calls my name. Oops. She meant Catherine. Not Caroline. Idk that mistake happens often. I know because I have a sister whose name is Catherine. So I sit down. 20 minutes after my appointment time, the manager comes in and tells me the therapist didn't show up and they're fully committed today. (No wonder they confirmed the appointment a million times) she basically said "you ain't getting your massage today" but, nicer, wayyy nicer lol Am I annoyed? 100% Am I irritated? Totally I text my husband who is the rational one in the relationship and he said "give them some grace, it's not their fault someone didn't show up to work." He is right. They totally made up for it. I did the halotherapy which is this salt treatment thing and we got 2 pedicures. She even ended up comping my friends massage. The whole thing was comped. Honestly, she didn't have to do that. I could sense that she REALLY felt bad. Sometimes people apologize because they feel like they have to and it's not genuine. She was genuine.
