I ask for the same guy every time, but my husband gets whatever female is available and hasn't been disappointed. Usually, we call ahead to make an appointment, even if it's only 30 minutes early. Because I request a certain person, I have had to wait a few times for him, but they always offer to get us in as soon as possible.
