They are sitting on a priceless piece of history fashioned by artisans in Europe at the birthplace of complex clockworks (hundreds of years old)! He took my pendulum from my grandfather clock July 31, 2025 and said it would take several months to get the parts. I waited and waited and finally called and was able to reach him the beginning of December. He is very good at not giving you his phone number or his direct email address. I was told he would have the pendulum back to me in 2 weeks that never happened! I had to contact the Ohio Attorney General and file a complaint. He trashed the pendulum and sent it back UPS without notifying me. I have found he has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Everybody is wrong except Roger Gordon! This guy likes to take advantage of people. If you are a victim of Roger Gordon - report his actions to your state attorney general. There are consumer protection laws to take action against him and his corruption!

The windows were installed perfectly and I had a new capacitor installed on my Eco Drive. This Citizen has the complicated 8700 calibre movement. Not only was the watch repaired and set, which is no easy feat. Stekelbos also removed the hands on the small wheels and set them correctly as they had been misaligned. I had not even mentioned this to them. I will never take my watches anywhere else. Ever. Also, I was able to purchase an authentic Citizen band for an unbelievable price.
