Omg. The Tin Thistle Cafe in North Bend, OR. All vegan. So awesome! Like taste like what I remember 16 years ago lol when I stopped eating meat and turned to the light side. Hunter and the team were great to coordinate with, and were able to make a gluten free pasta lasagna for the couple of folks in our party who needed it. Hunter and the staff at Heavenly Italian Sub & Soda were able to help us out/coordinate within a matter of a couple days, truly exceptional service! The lasagna was delicious and cooked incredibly well with the instructions provided (they offered to cook it for us, but we took it to go for later/post-ceremony in the later evening, so we opted to heat it ourselves). For our small party, about fourteen people, it worked out splendidly and was a terrific first meal together as a married couple. :) We also had added on salad and bread, which was delicious as well.
