I know food is marked up inside an airport, but this place takes it to the extreme. For a soda and a plain burger, sitting alone on a plate, I didn't expect the check to be as high as it was. And it wasn't even very good. The service was lackluster And they didn't seem to care much that I was there. I was never offered a refill on a soda or checked on once my burger showed up. Breakfast was not good; I probably chose poorly but i ordered the Biscuits and Gravy. I really just wanted the protein (eggs) and y'all just slopped (and I use that word intentionally bc that's what it looked like) it all together on the biscuit. It was also and interesting take on biscuits and gravy that I'm just way to southern to take it; it was like a Cajun mess. I see bar has 3 star reviews average, I would give just 2. stopped just for beer before flying internationally. asked the bar tender to taste bothe beers made locally (tn) 3 times she said she did not hear me I had my fingers on menu and TN initials were in blue and only 4 choices of beers to select. attitude after I repeated 4 times to taste both beers before I get one she brought my choice so I handed my card and very little tip after. if you expect to get $2.16 tip just to poor one glass of beer better be a good bartender and handle your customers with respect.will never stop there. read more

Food 4/5 - A very new food and drink option at the Nashville airport. The buffalo and Nashville hot chicken was pretty good. Definitely the best food option they have at this airport! However..... our server Fulton..... truly represents what Nashville and Tennessee want you to know... you are welcome, you are appreciated and thankful you are here. Had the Bloody Mary, it was terrific.... tried the pickled okra it was surprisingly tasty! Fulton said "try it" glad we did!! Don't bother wasting what little time you may have before your flight. We got on "the list" for party of 4. Wait said 20 mins. Went up and greeter said "no seats available yet". Our waitress was no where to be found and never checked on us. When we stood up to leave then the host goes running to find her. She never came out and waved us off. It was not busy at all. Initially, the staff's service was excellent and the food was pretty good. However, my friends and I were eventually racially profiled by the manager, Megan. We are all professional men, and conduct ourselves accordingly in public. Megan, however, was very rude, called security (inappropriately so), and made us feel very unwelcome. It was clear she targeted our group (only black men at the bar). Her boss (Dan), eventually was helpful in ensuring a peaceful resolution. However, I will never visit this establishment again and encourage anyone that cares about human rights to avoid this place as well. read more
